The attractive of the place is the hot Springs and the landscape. The hotel is in the middle of a forest.
The attractive of the place is the hot Springs; however, they only have one regular size pool for the guest of the hotel. As a consequence, it is always full. The hotel includes three meals in the price; however, the schedules to serve the meals are too reduced. They just give two hours to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Besides, the selection of dishes in the bufett is quite limited. They just have two options for each dish and there is not a chef preparing any special request.
The check in is at 3 p.m and the check out is at 12 p.m. If you exceed the time, they charge you $400 (pesos).
They charged me a junior suite and the room was very basic and simple, no luxury included to be a junior suite. It didn't have a hair dryer, iron or iron board, they didn't offer coffee or tea. I asked for a hair dryer and extra soap (there was just a small bar of soap and a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom) and they said that I had to go to the front desk to pick them up. They said that they did not have enough people to send it.
The price does not correspond with the food, services, and amenities they offered; specially for the country and region where this hotel is located.

I loved the hot water to swim.
the key card fail often and it takes time to fix. most pools are not open during the week. as a tourist I was disappointed to have been so limited to access either to the spa or the fun pools we were looking forward to.

Great customer services. Enjoyed the hot thermal waters both for the public, hotel guests and in the room.
The road to the hotel is narrow dirt bumpy road. There are winding turns with no warning if other cars.

Close to thermals, friendly staff, food was OK to good variety and buffet is great. Restaurant staff are super helpful. Rooms have been refurbished thuogh chilly at nights.
There was no soap in the toilets and were very dirty in the hotel pool. l asked several times. Its unacceptable that with Covid they don't have more hygiene. There were no hand rails for people living with disabilities which most people are that visit the thermals. Restaurant only open at certain times and not adequate timing for children as lunch and dinner are very late. Activities such as walks only available on weekends.
