Me and my son loved the cottage and the garden and the host was so very welcoming and friendly and helpful. He's a credit to Booking.com
There's absolutely nothing I can say that is bad about my experience. Would definitely book again.
4.3
Absolutely nothing
The host is a rude and obnoxious man.
A host, who thinks his crude and rude remarks, went unnoticed. I wonder if he noticed he made my partner feel uncomfortable?
We stayed in the 'Africa' room, which is full of 'Art', more like full of tacky junk, that was bought on a beach in Lanzarote.
The closet toilet didn't flush as the handle was broken.
The room was full of dust, and we found nail clippings, monkey nut shells, paper, and other rubbish on the floor. The carpet didn't look like it had been hovered for days.

Very accommodating host.
Lovely cottage and garden that’s great value for money.
Excellent location for onward travel.

The room was cozy and with respect to the room their price was expensive. Moreover, the main problem is with the route map.It is not on the required location .need to search for it.

Loved the cottage and it's beautiful garden! The cottage is around 200 years old and quite quirky, including the decoration which is themed for each room! Very welcoming host.
Although there are only 8 stairs they are narrow and twisty and need to be negotiated carefully! The bathroom is downstairs. Although the cottage is in it's own grounds it is next to a very busy main road with the resultant traffic noise.

Keith was the sweetest! Very welcoming, relaxed and friendly and the garden is stunning.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
Not the most conventional arrangement but this added to its charm.
I would add for awareness that this is a 200 year old cottage, the stairs are very narrow with limited head room. The facilities are a shared kitchen and downstairs bathroom within the owners home, who makes his 2 spare bedrooms available.
Not easy to find but a quick phonecall and we were met by Keith within a minute.

The garden was fantastic and an amazing surprise. The host was very entertaining and full of stories of his travels and life.

Lovely cottage, Keith is very welcoming and showed me around the cottage and facilities. The garden is also stunning.
Was a little hard to locate but thanks to Keith's instructions I was able to find the cottage.

Directions could be more detailed. Was hard to find even with Keith’s directions.

Character cottage. Friendly, flexible host. Warm room. Good WiFi. Off road parking
Confusing to locate, tight parking space (but doable)

The garden was beautiful. The owner was very relaxed, friendly and approachable about everything.
The stairs are very steep and narrow. Not difficult for everyone but was for us being an older couple.
