Unfortunately we didn’t like it at all, the worst was the industrial area view and for a high rate we didn’t expect it at all 😢😢😢

Industrial area, fake grass around apartment, it has not enough plates, cups, poor equipments in the kitchen

Nice, clean and spacey appartment located near couple of beautiful beaches.

We had a ground apartment, with small garden. spacey, well equipped, clean, near couple of beaches. One of them right in front and others few minutes by walk. Beautiful crystal clear sea, quiet location and very kind staff. For that value we got really nice place to stay. Thanks a lot.

Excellent stay in excellent place, nice, modern equipped apartment with big balcony directly near the beautiful white rock sandy beach. Host mr.Costas is so hospitable and friendly, was nice to meet him and talk with him, always take care about us - don't we need some water, beer or sweets:). And got promised complementary bottle of wine for stay more then 5 nights. Great thanks!!! And amazing brother - owner of nearby fish resaurant (very tasty sea bream and fish meze!!) was perfect addition to our great stay in Governor's beach apartments. Nothing to wish more, we spend wonderful vacation week here!!!

That our vacation week passed so quickly. Want to return again to this beautiful place!!!!!!

Can’t beat a room with a sea view

Room was clean and spacious with great balcony sea view and access to the beach. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Great vacation

The location is excellent, very quite with an access to a beautiful and quite beach. The apartment is big and convinient. The owners are very nice

The water flow in the shower is very very poor! If you would like to cook full meals the kitchen is limited. There is only one stopstov, the, sink is very small and also the refrigerator. But - there are many restaurants in the area.

Globally a good location with brand new equipments, really clean and safe , not so far from Limassol

really clean apartment, safe and easy to find with a restaurant close to it .

- the view on the left hand side over the plant - a bit noisy the first night for one hour . noise was coming from the plant offshore - would have appreciated to meet owners at the end of the stay

Spacious apartments, had everything we need for a comfortable stay in December, like hot water, good wi-fi, microwave and A/C with heating function. Also nice view and atmosphere, very beautiful coast. We also were happy to meet a local cat, who was very affectionate and brightened up our stay.

There were not enough household items like soap, dish sponge, iron, and a slight smell of mold was also frustrating. In winter, the floor is very cold. No markets nearby.

Close to beach. Restaurant near by. Size of apartment was good. Peaceful . Entirely suited our requirements as we have friends near by. Not far from larnaca airport and town.

View to left... industrial zone but it was a long way. Not near any shops.. need to travel to get provisions. Not near any attractions but that was not a problem for us.

Quiet location, everything we needed in the apartment, car essential.

Lovely morning sun, loungers outside. Easy access to beach. Quiet. Owner was very hospitable, interesting to talk to.

Message about collecting the key was sent rather late, so we had to phone. Guest in the apt above smoked on his balcony all the time which made it unpleasant outside. Understand that's always a risk.

A well-equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful fish restaurants nearby.

The location and the tranquility and being able to watch and listen to the sea from the balcony.

The shower wasn’t very powerful which you really do need after a day at the beach.

Our spacious and clean apartment was in an excellent location, situated in a peaceful setting and had a great sea view. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was very close to some lovely small sand beaches with beautiful crystal clear sea. There were also some nice restaurants within walking distance. The owner, Costas, was such a wonderful and warm host and definitely looks after and cares about his guests. Would return without hesitation.

Big city was only 20 min drive away, location is close to the beach, but also close to highway( still far enough you can't hear it), everything was super clean, people who run the place are nice and it's not too crowded.

There was only one minor inconvenience, water pressure in the shower is a little weak so it takes a while to shower.

Perfect location, spotless apartmemt right in front of the see and at 1 minute walking distance from a quiet beach. Costas and Elena were super helpful and always welcoming us with chats about Cyprus. They even filled our fridge with white wine!

You need a car to sightsee around (Limassol, Larnaca, Nicosia).

Good but not great

Next to the beach. Friendly staff. Spacious room. All necesery things were included.

Wasn't impressed by the industrial view and the fake lawn. Leeking sink wasn't fixed true 4 nights stay. It's a good place but we expected much more for the price and the rating.

Excellent! Highly recommended!

This was fantastic stay. The place is beautiful and very quite. We never slept so well (even at home). The beach is very nice and secluded (just in front of the house). Nearby is Zigi with many good fish restaurants, and Limassol with many good international restaurants (like Tiflis). Our host Costas was super nice, super friendly and super helpful. We will definitely be back and will stay again at Costas Holiday Apartments (this was our first time in Cyprus). We strongly recommend this place.

Nothing - exceptionally good place - we felt like home there.

Good apartment for families and value for money

Good apartment for travelling to all the beaches and sites . Price was great for travel with kids and family . The apartment had all kitchen utensils you need , host was very friendly and helpful, even allowed us to stay a bit longer due to late flight. Good place to stay with your little ones but if you want lots of attractions it’s location is 15-30 min by car to main cities which was good for us ! Thanks

Nice place to stay on the sea!

The house is direct on the beach. Also some other beach is only 5 minutes walk away. Good parking possibility. The studio was clean and the surrounding is quiet. The owners are very kind and friendly.

In the kitchen is only one cooking place, so it's hard to prepare a meal for four persons. The extra beds for children are very noisy (they rattle).

perfect place, wonderful hosts and magical beach

that is probably the most beautiful rocky beach in in whole Cyprus. The owners of the apartment were wonderful, warm just like the family. The apartment itself got everything you need on holiday even if you like to cook like I do. on my next trip to Cyprus I will definitely book Costas Apartaments. thank you one again 🙏🏽❤️
