About this apartment rental
Come and stay in this beautifully presented town house with views across Western Port bay.
With two queen-size bedrooms plus one bedroom with a tri-bunk this townhouse is ideal for one or two couples or a family.
On the ground floor is the first living room together with the 2 of the bedrooms. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer for all of your washing needs. A superbly fitted out main bathroom with bath is on this level.
Upstairs is where you will find the well appointed kitchen with electric cooking appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table with seating up to 8 comfortably. The adjoining main lounge area has a large, comfy couch, split system and smart T.V. Or just sit on the lounge looking out over San Remo through the large windows. Open up the doors and settle into the afternoon on the balcony with a glass of wine and warm conversation while watching the sun set in the distance.
On this level is the main queen size bedroom with ensuite and direct access to the balcony.
There is a private courtyard at the rear of the property with an enclosed yard for the kids to kick a ball.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.
A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

The property is one of 3 off the main rd and therefore road noise is not a problem, it was ideal for a family of 5 adults with kids down stairs and adults upstairs with a lovely view of the sea and air conditioning. It was a short walk to the shops and cafes/ pubs and great starting point for walking tracks and Kilcunda rail trail. The place was clean but could have been better, having only one key and no access to a key safe was annoying when all of us went separate ways, having to take the key back to Cowes was also a pain when a key safe would make this easier. We will definitely come back as San Remo is quieter and the fishing is excellent from here.

Clean modern and great location
Gorgeous views of san remo. Close to all the shops. Thinking that the highway location would be busy, however the property is set at the back of the block so you hardly hear road noise. Breakfast on the balcony was beautiful. Modern and clean, I highly recommend this property.

Great location with fabulous views
I read the reviews before booking this property, and whilst I get the annoyance of travelling into Cowes to collect the keys we used it as an opportunity, plan your trip to drive direct, stop for some lunch, do a spot of shopping at Coles, Woolworths or Aldi in Cowes for the groceries you will need then collect your keys. The house itself was in a good location, walking distance to the main strip of San Remo, had spectacular views and overall was a well equipped and comfortable home to stay in. Another drive into Cowes to drop off the keys, have a breakfast and a touristy quick shop with the kids before we sadly had to go home. My only complaint is its not pet friendly but has the perfect backyard for a small dog but would certainly book again in any case.

Fantastic location, nice & clean and walkable to all shops.
Most of our stay was awesome except few things; the key pick-up process is really painful especially the long weekend with long traffic queues on road, some minor pest issues and BBQ need a clean from spider webs and a cover. Except for these minor issues, the property is value for money and really want to return in future.

Very nice place
Booking process is very unclear took 5days including weekend for O' Brien to get confirm that is even after calling twice someone contacted us.
The place is very nice, clean and kids enjoyed it as well.
Downstairs toilet area is filled with smell of fume very uncomfortable to breathe. Must be due to a boat in the garage. When I notified to O'Brien they said will notify the owner but nothing happened till we left. I am pretty sure they already know about and did nothing.

House with a view
It would have received an excellent rating but what a bother to pick up and return the keys as well as the fumes from the garage that affected my chest. I did report it the Saturday morning and by the time we left Monday morning I was not contacted and to date not heard back from anyone.

Getaway
The property was great fantastic view from the balcony and had everything you needed to be comfortable. The only downside was having to drive an extra 40mins out of my way to pick up the keys and again to drop them off.

Great cosey place to stay. Photos are a true representation of the property.
Easy place to stay with great views and quiet neighbourhood. Most items are supplied once you bring your own linin (just don't forget to bring extra toilet paper, only half a role left). Also bring hand towels for the bathrooms, toilet and kitchen.
The house was warm with heaters available. Just a nice feel in general. Sofa was comfortable and the lounge/kitchen area had lots of room to hang out.
