Your Colorado Getaway is a 3600 sq ft family friendly home accommodating children with wheelchair accessibility. Newly remodeled with new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, mattresses, linens & dishes. The back yard includes a 12-person jetted hot tub, fire-pit, BBQ grill, horseshoe pit, & pirate-ship playground. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee bar, 2 laundry rooms, WiFi, 4 smart TV’s w/ cable & DVD players. 2 game/toy rooms including an air-hockey table & a Foosball table.
Your Colorado Getaway is located 5 minutes from I-25 near the largest highway interchange in Denver where I-25, I-270, I-76, and I-36 come together. You will be 15 minutes from the Denver Bronco stadium, Rockies Field, The Pepsi Center (Home of the Nuggets & Avalanche) Less than 10 minutes from Water World (Colorado’s largest water park), Boondocks Family Fun Center (Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Miniature Golf, Ropes Course, Bumper Boats) and the Butterfly Pavilion. Only 15 minutes to Downtown Denver.

This property suited our needs. We had 10 adults and 6 children. The home was well stocked with supplies along with additional "bonus items" that the owners graciously supplied. The listing said 8 bedrooms, but there were only 6. (Not a big deal for our group). Kids loved the backyard play area, and hot tub. Irene was always helpful and cared about our comfort. Great property.

Irene was fantastic! She showed us all around the place and how to use everything. She went out of her way to make it nice for our entire family. The grandkids loved the pirate ship, balloon swords, hats, eye patches and digging for buried treasure. The place was great for 6 families and very well stocked. It is the best home we have stayed in yet.

This property was perfect for us! We held a rehearsal dinner there, pirate swords were drawn, eye patches were worn 'jauntily' over an ear (safer sword fighting...), and family, groomsmen, and mother of the groom all survived. The wedding nearby was gorgeous 😍 and we didn't have to drive home and back for all the festivities!
Not sure how many were there, but the age range was 71 to 3 months, and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The property is conveniently located within the Denver metroplex. The home is very nice and large enough to accommodate big families comfortably. The area is very quiet and safe with plenty of suburban luxuries. We would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and we had 15 family members staying here. The 2 kitchens were so handy cooking for a large group.

Everything was very nice. There was not one person that could complain about anything. We had 15 people staying in the house and another 13 people visit with us daily. Plenty of room for all. The backyard is fantastic. All had fun and no complaints. For large family gatherings, this is definitely the place.

Irene was a wonderful hostess... they thot of everything from step stools for the little children to hooks for wet towels and swimsuits. Also a well equipped kitchen for making meals. If you stay here you will be well taken care of. The place is much larger than it looks in the pictures.

Our family stayed at this great home for our son’s wedding and had an amazing time! Irene, our host was so very hospitable and super helpful! Made sure we had everything we needed and had fun treats for the kids! Great outdoor area for all to enjoy.

You won't be disappointed!
This was our first VRBO rental so I was a little nervous. We are from Amarillo TX and my daughter who graduated high school wanted to go to Denver for her trip. There were 19 of us total, 4 families. This house was perfect! It's a split level house with plenty of room for everyone. We love to sit outside. The backyard is amazing! This place has plenty of entertainment for the kids from games to air hockey to playing outside in the sand and boat. The juccuzi was amazing and so relaxing. The kitchens are fully stocked so it was easy for us to cook meals just like we were at home. The host was very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. The location was perfect for our trip and within distance to the Denver zoo. Aquarium and shopping. We will absolutely go back! This place deserves more than a 5 star rating!

Our family, 3 generations, a gaggle of kids and adults had everything we needed here to make our time together terrific. Everyone had space to run around, the kitchens were stocked better than any rental I’ve stayed in, and the house was impeccably clean. Thank you!

Would stay again
Irene and her husband greeted us with a warm smile and gave us a very detailed welcome to their beautiful house. They decorated it for Christmas and it was so pretty! Prior to our trip Irene contacted me to go over sleeping arrangements to customize our stay as much as possible. She even made sure to put our age appropriate toys for the kids!

Awesome Property
We had 21 people ages 1 1/2 to 82 at the house to attend a wedding and celebrate thanksgiving together and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!! Everyone had a bed and we had plenty of areas just to sit and visit, play games, watch football, etc. Irene was extremely helpful and you can tell how much she loves her property by how well-maintained it is. We would definitely stay here again!!

GREAT Place for our Family Reunion
We couldn't have asked for a better place! The older children were kept busy by the foosball table and air hockey table, and the younger kids loved the pirate ship playground. The house had plenty of games and toys available, too. We've had reunions at two other VRBO's and this was by far the best in every way!

Great place for softball families
We played in a softball tournament. We had 13 people and Irene made sure she knew the dynamics of our group. She set the rooms up perfectly for us. They had all the little things, paper products, spices, sauces even a s'mores setup for our girls. The back yard was a relaxing place for all of us to hang out. Irene is super attentive and most likely has what you need or can send you in the right direction. The location was centrally located for us to sight see in every direction. Would highly recommend and we will stay again when playing in Colorado.

Great Host! Great Stay!
I have stayed at about a dozen rental homes with basketball teams and this has been the best experience we have ever had. The house easily fit 19 of us and did not feel crowded. Irene is the most attentive host I have dealt with. She made sure everything was perfect for us and showed us how to do everything from the fire pit to the hot tub to the Murphy beds during check-in. The property is really good, but the host makes it GREAT! We will most certainly be back.

Amazing host
The property owner (Irene) is a renter’s dream. She communicated with us often and made herself available to us. The home was amazing and in great condition. We had an emergency during our stay and Irene went above and beyond all expectations to ensure we were taken care of. She provided us breakfast and lunch and offered to assist with anything we needed. She went the extra mile to take care of us. I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Excellent for large group
We had 14 high school seniors, and everything was perfect. They enjoyed the hot tub, Foosball and air hockey. I don't think they slept much, but the beds and bedrooms were great. Would stay again in the future.

Amazing property & owners
Irene was extremely communicative about everything from the details of the house down to the personal items such as the personal loofahs to take home. The house was fully stocked and paid attention to guests needs. The owners are amazing people and were available at the drop of a hat. We had a wedding with 30 guests and this was a perfect!! Loved this home and the host Irene was wonderful.
Our family and our fiends take a few trips together a year with our kids. Five families total. This home was perfect and Irene has thought of everything to make sure you have a wonderful time. If you have kids this is the place to be. Very beautiful, clean home. Will be back
