Lovely well designed space. Rooms were really spacious, and clean. The staff working across the facility were so focussed, and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We ate at both restaurants and drank at both bars. The cocktails were amazing. It was a fantastic stay. Definitely would return.

breakfast is very busy and quite hectic due to so many people

The staff. The girl you was supposed to show us to our table was talking in an rather rude way. She did this twice. All the other staff was nice. But this girl was awfull. She did this the two first mornings we was there. Short girl with dark/brown hair.

We requested an early check-in but received no response to our two emails. The receptionist informed us that we had to wait an additional 3 hours, suggesting we return in 2 hours instead. However, upon our return, the check-in was still unavailable. We were given a room with 2 single beds despite requesting a double bed, and when we addressed the issue, the staff claimed it was our mistake. We waited for another hour until finally entering the correct room, only to find the welcome wine replaced with a water bottle.
Housekeeping occasionally took towels but failed to provide replacements, and when we raised the issue, they claimed not to understand. Cleaning was generally poor, with improperly made beds and water from floor cleaning spilling onto the pathways (check photos). The rooms lacked soundproofing, allowing even the sound of wind at night. They were basic, lacking coffee or tea facilities, with an empty minibar and cramped bathroom. There was insufficient space for two toiletry bags, and the toilet was positioned next to the shower.
Breakfast felt chaotic, resembling a casino atmosphere. Inconsistencies in service included missing orange juice on some days and multiple deliveries on others. The staff appeared overwhelmed, never inquiring about additional drinks but promptly clearing plates after the last bite.
During dinner, we experienced a one-hour wait for gyro, and when we expressed our dissatisfaction, we were informed that this was normal as we ordered from the menu. The lack of customer friendliness was evident. On another occasion, a wrong dish (Penne instead of Rigatoni Amatriciana) was served, and the explanation given was delivery difficulties with rigatoni.
Pool towels had to be obtained directly at the pool, but they were often unavailable despite promises of replenishment. The staff seemed indifferent to the issue. In the gym, we were told to wait for 40 minutes due to a personal training session, which left us feeling unwelcome.

Classy upmarket hotel. From the moment we arrived in reception, we knew we had made the right choice for a relaxing, grown up vacation. The rooms were very clean and modern and the bed was super comfy. The cushions on the sun loungers were the thickest I’ve seen!! Very much going for a chilled Ibiza vibe with laid back music around the pool.
However, our stay was made by the quality of the staff. They were all extremely polite and very friendly throughout, but none more so than the guys running the circular bar by the pool, especially Nikos on the day shift and his amazing cocktail creations. They took the time to get to know you and we spent some lovely afternoons and evenings in their company sampling the well stocked bar.
The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and the water is as clear as if it had come out of a tap!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a break in the sun!!
Only complaint was there was no kettle in the room.
I appreciate that the hotel would rather you bought hot drinks in the bar and I have no issue with this during the day. However, we do like a cup of tea first thing in the morning when we get up and last thing at night before bed and this wasn’t really possible.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were so friendly and ensured we got a good experience all round. The staff in the Asian & Italian restaurants were also exceptional shoutout to Dimitris (Captain cook Asia) & Giallis (cooks Italia), the food in both restaurants exceeded our expectations + we went back every evening! The bartenders at all the bars were extremely accommodating as we didn’t drink alcohol, we even ended up having special mocktails made for us and they were amazing huge shoutout to Ourania & Stavroula, they made us feel so welcome and were definitely a highlight to our trip! The night time vibes were amazing especially on Friday & Saturday evenings with the band’s performing.
It wasn’t difficult to secure a bed by the pools as there are two pools (no need to wake up too early & rush). The bars are also located by the pools and staff check on you to see if you’d like anything, customer service was exceptional. The Spiritual wellness spa located in Casa Cook was amazing - definitely the best end to a much needed trip. The masseuses & receptionists were really kind, made us feel comfortable and did an amazing job at alleviating stress. The hotel was fairly close to faliraki which was where we did most of our excursions, the hotel were very helpful when it came to booking taxis so we had no problem with transport around the island (30 mins from most places including Rhodes town). There are plenty shops around for souvenirs, groceries & also restaurants. The hotel is less than a 5 min walk from Kolymbia beach which was beautiful & you can book water sports there without having to pre book. The views are amazing & picturesque, plenty spots for photos too!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING BUSES. Either rent a car which is extremely available across the island or quad bike. If neither are accessible to you then taxis are fairly cheap, buses take far too long & are extremely hot and busy.
The pools close quite early considering sunset is quite late now. That’s literally it for me :)

Breakfast was superb
staff are not less then wonderful, the location is average, my only problem was the fact that it was not clear on booking that these are 2 story buildings and some rooms have 0 views or facing a wall.
But staff made sure we were switched to another section of the hotel that was really nice on their part.

The staff are friendly. The pools under the mountains are excellent. The rooms are quite basic with no kettle or tea / coffee . The chairs outside are hard to sit on.
Getting a coffee at breakfast is a challenge. The waiters concentrate on cleaning tables for the next sitting rather than ask guests if they want a coffee. There is only one coffee station for hundreds of quests and this is hopelessly inadequate

Stayed there the first week of opening and had a super relaxing time, even if the hotel was still putting in last touches! All of the staff is very friendly. Giannis from the Italian Restaurant and Dimitrios from the Asian Restaurant do a phenomenal job in making you feel welcome. The hotel is clean, the pools are dreamy and being able to use the facilities from the sister hotel next door, you could easily spend a week without leaving the premises. All in all, a vacation very well spent!
Not all dishes from the menu were available yet. Something I can look past though in the first week of opening.

Excellent hotel with lovely staffers. A special thank you to the chef Mr. Nikolas who helped us with our vegetarian requirements and indeed all the staff at the restaurant and reception.
The locals are a warm, friendly and genuinely helpful bunch. We loved our stay which will remain etched in our memories forever.
The dishes in the restaurant could be cleaner.

three swimming pools in garden of hotel. The familly room was big and very comfortable. Sweet desserts were very appreciated. Every day a lot of vegetable salads, always fresh.

easy to access, bed and room were acceptable, breakfast was nice in morning, everyday my room was cleaned
I would rate this as a 2-3 star Hotel, power socket in room wall was coming out, and just now (end of my holiday) they of me to leave at 12 despite agreeing to my request on here (booking.com) for for me to checkout at 4pm, as my transport doesn't arrive until 6ish. Not impressed. Oh and beware the "hotel room tax" they surprise you with here, that's not mentioned on pricing on booking.com
