Living Room
Apart from the designer lighting that decorates the ceiling, the atmosphere in the room is drastically changed by the candlelight to the corner fireplace. This beauty works full time all year round. The room includes a fluffy five-seater corner sofa and a three-seater that can comfortably accommodate two people. On the built-in shelf, you can find different types of glasses for every occasion. 50'' Flat Smart TV with free access to NETFLIX
Kitchen and Dining area
Open fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals. We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, and spices. In the middle of the kitchen, there is a mobile bench with extra drawers. You can freely move it to whatever position it suits you. Lighting in the dining area is controlled by a dimmer switch and the wenge dinner table can be extended to serve your guests. In addition to cooking utensils, it includes:

Bathroom
Equipped with a large corner Jacuzzi and modern furniture. Accessible from the living room and directly from the bedroom with a second door. Soaps, shampoos, and creams are provided.
Balcony
Private 30sq.m balcony is accessible from every room. Equipped with a dining table and armchairs, suitable for enjoying breakfast or evening meals. Surrounded by plants, it overlooks the garden with the pine trees and huge Yuccas.
Guest access
The entire apartment is at your exclusive use!! Along with the photos I have included a floor plan of the residence, for a better understanding of the area.
You can access the apartment through the main building entrance where there are a lift and a staircase that can take you to the 1st floor. All communal areas can be accessed, including the garden of course.

Advantages:
The most prominent advantage of this apartment is the spot that is located. Situated on the western half of Vouliagmeni, on the top of the pine forest hill in Megalo Kavouri (Big Crab), allows it to be a few minutes walk from all the beaches. The nearest is Zen Beach, which is less than 4min. walk away. Only a few blocks from the infamous Astir Beach, the Vouliagmeni's Nautical Club or the center. Basically ANYthing you will want to see to do while on a summer seaside vacation!
The neighborhood
Gregory’s place is located in Vouliagmeni, Greece.
A safe and sparsely populated neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it combines the tranquility of the countryside with quick and easy access to the center. Vouliagmeni public beaches and Astir beach are a few minutes walk and considered to be the best sandy beaches in Athens. A supermarket, pharmacy, bank and plenty of eating out options are all a short stroll from the apartment.
Getting around
Just outside the building, there is a bus stop. In a few minutes, it can take you to Voula and Glyfada or the airport.
