About this house rental
Welcome to a private retreat for travelers in Silicon Valley. The design is bright and spacious around 2345 Sq. Ft. For work or leisure you will enjoy the tranquility this property has to offer. With various amenities and entertainment for everyone. It is conveniently located close to hwy 85 and 101 to take you to the heart of Silicon Valley. Many nearby parks provide opportunities for biking, hiking, running, or walking. We have Hi-speed wireless internet along with ample office space.
No pets are allowed in the property
Kitchen:
Appliances such as a microwave, stove, refrigerator and freezer. Also included are two rice cookers, blender, coffee machine and toaster oven. Property has a large assortment of dishes. Including pots, pans, cutting boards, bakeware, and cooking utensils. Plenty of mugs, glasses, bowls and plates with several platter dishes. Filtered water is available from the fridge or spigot at the sink.
Backyard:
Backyard is a gardeners paradise, it is fenced with patio seating and a grill for you to spend time comfortably outside.There are two lush planter boxes filled with seasonal vegetables. Fruit trees are in the back as well as in the front. We have plum, nectarine, persimmon, fig, avocado, loquat, mandarin orange, fuji apple, grafted 5 variety apples, x2 pomegranate, Raspberry, bloodorange, and cara cara. If you see fruits or vegetables please help yourself.
Living Spaces:
Dining room table seating six with room for more additions.
Two Living room areas that are spacious with two couches and a coffee table in each. Rugs included in living room areas. Surround sound system and TV available in one living room with a small assortment of DVDs and board games.
Five queen beds all in separate rooms with storage space. You will have plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable.
Spacious office area in upstairs loft. Overlooking downstairs living and dining room areas.
Two restrooms complete with shampoo and body wash.
There is a loft area in the upstairs of the house for children including games, books and seats.
Other things to note:
We appreciate your interest in our home. In order to keep our home comfortable, sanitized and safe, we have three cameras on the property for exterior visibility. House rules must be followed. You will be assessed $1,000 for violating our no party rule and no loud noise after 10:30pm. Also, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Garage is off limits as we use it to store supplies for our home. You will have access to the entire home except for the garage.

This house was a perfect stay for our family. We also have a family member who needed a walk in shower, limited steps (downstairs), and plenty of room for a walker around the house and it fit every need. Thank you so much for your assistance, communication, and your beautiful home.

Convenient location for our reunion. This house needs some tender loving care. Photos look great but cleanliness to details were obvious once inside. A deep cleaning would help guests feel more comfortable than a kitchen supplied with random utensils. Carpets need cleaning, shower and edges of kitchen sink were moldy. Landscaping needs finishing. Cockroaches were seen also. Nothing major was noticeable but the lack of professional cleanliness was obvious.

The house was very clean and spacious the neighborhood was nice the backyard is awesome with all the fruit trees the neighborhood was nice and quiet. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the area.

Great location, clean home. Basic rental vibe. One TV in home.. would be excellent investing on better cookware and utensils especially sharp knife's. Backyard table chairs uncomfortable. Alot of nice fruit trees on property. Very comfortable beds! Thank you for the stay.

The home was very clean and in nice neighborhood. Convenient to the highway and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom had a large area separated from toilet and shower that was perfect for hairdresser to do my daughter's hair and makeup for her wedding. We didn't have children with us but there was an alcove with lots of kids books and toys. Books, games, movies in family room. Loved the lofts-one looking down on living room and another in large room with a bed. Lots of sofas and room for everyone to visit. Fruit trees and vegetable garden that we could have picked from had they been in season.

We had a great stay. The property was nice and in a great location. We plan to stay next summer. The only disappointment that we had was that there was only one TV in the whole house. We had babies, preteens, teens and adults and there was only one TV for all of us, otherwise the stay was Great!!

The home was just as described & beautiful throughout. Perfect for our Wedding
The property was fantastic! It had everything needed to accommodate our group and our pre and post wedding event. There are plenty of spacious rooms, the front and backyard was amazing. More than enough to accommodate our group's size and cars.
Our group's favorites of the house were the backyard chicken coop, the amazing kitchen, and the master bedroom. I couldn't think of a better place to go especially during these 'times'!
I would say the only downside is that there were only 2 bathrooms, but everyone was more than patient to take their turn. So not really too impactful!
Overall, this place was amazing and Jennifer was super responsive. Thank you so much for the amazing location for us to solidify our wedding. You're amazing!

Amazing host plus house
Jenny was amazing to work with, she made this process so easy to enjoy. The house is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and very family oriented. The house is near parks, gas stations stores banks you name its near. Me and my family will book here again most definitely!
One more plus on line this house says 4 bed rooms but it’s really 5:)
