No me importaría volver. Podría estar más cuidado? Si, pero tiene mucho terreno exterior y es complicado llevarlo con tan poco personal.

nothing, I knew we where staying up in the hills but not expecting all the hairpin bends. When we eventually arrived we where shown to our room, after looking around it very poor and not like the description
radiator on full and couldn’t switch it off, had to ask for hot water to have a shower but there was more water coming out of the fittings than the head. we went down to the bar and asked for some lunch, something simple like a toasty but asked in Spanish. The lady didn’t know what it was so we got a plate of ham and dried toast. She didn’t try to help us understand her and we try very hard to speak as much Spanish as possible. At bedtime we were woken in the early hours by a very loud dog barking. I know this is a budget hotel for cheaper. I think this hotel needs an inspection before other people book

Absolutely nothing.
The place was filthy, the staff was rood, the location is out of the way, we had to leave our three night stay because the rooms were unclean, and there was smoke from the heater filling the rooms, you could barley breath, there was no hit water, full of dust, hairs, cobwebs, you name it they had it and they refuse to refund. Stay away, would rather sleep under the car than in here.

Nice location. Great potential.
Breakfast: Plastic jam, butter, cake. Nothing fresh.
Pool closed, personnel could only speak Catalan.
Restaurant: not open.

we loved the rooms and the views as well as the welcoming staff and owner. Great food and nothing too much trouble! Loved every minute!

lovely views
room so small, shabby & dark, only way to read my book was on a hard side chair or in bed. duvet clean but stained. overpowering smell of disinfectant so bad I felt sick. bathroom in dreadful need of overhaul, toilet seat badly painted black to match the rest of the decor. no hot water. swimming pool derelict & full of filthy muddy water. owner rude, dismissive & I felt very intimidated.
we had booked & paid for 3 nights. it didn’t feel safe to eat in the dingy restaurant, we ate snacks in the car. we slept one night & left early, without breakfast.
although booking.com contacted them they refused any refund at all. we have been completely ripped off.

stunning location, although in several floors, because the property on the side of a mountain, bedrooms had separate access from higher level parking. working farm about to start harvesting 1000 apple trees.
surprisingly large dining room with a vast stock of different alcohols. local cider delicious.
The bedrooms were compact but they were not well insulated for noise from adjoining rooms both to the sides and above. in fairness to the owner she initially offered us a room with double bed on other side of corridor away from room with baby! The only other twin on that floor was next door to baby!

I think because of covid, maintenance hasn't been done ( expected) place needs updating and a thorough cleaning, but again covid closedowns have caused lots of problems, glad they are still open, only 1 staff member, rooms were clean bathrooms needed a re-do, area and views were spectacular
New bathrooms but in time hopefully that will get done

the nice mountain scenery and the region; nothing to do with the hotel which has in Booking 3 stars rate ; but in reality only one star!
We had the worst welcoming in this hotel by an old lady who did not speak a word in English and did not care a bit if I understand or not or I need something;
I wait in their restaurant a while trying to eat but nobody come and when I did ask for the menu I need some gymnastic of language to get one; local basque fine cuisine ?? forget about !!! basic meet with I do not know what else because the menu was in Spanish or Basque ...
The room was too small, uncomfortable and noisy ..a lot of local drinkers were on the resto terrasse having drinks and fun till 2 o clock in the morning
The villa was dirty and full of flies and mosquitos / no protection on the windows
Beds ( 2 separate one-person beds) were very stiff and uncomfortable; the breakfast in the morning was bad and cheap: only some package of ordinary muffins and sweet biscuits and a coffee ...nothing homemade or basque cuisine ..like in booking description
The pool was w/o water, dirty, and full of bad things ....and so on ....some good handwork is missing badly from this nice place situated in a magnificent mountain place
The description of this place is very phony, do not trust it if you want to enjoy your vacation!

The views were amazing! A complete hidden gem.
Great rural house, staff were friendly and allowed dogs which was great.
If I had to say something, the bathroom needed a bit of attention maybe close to needed some maintenance, but really with the location it was ok.

Without any exaggeration, it was horror: an old dusty place with some terrible smell in the rooms, full of birds, farm animals and a parrot you could hear all the time because you had no soundproofing. It is very remote, situated at least half an hour drive from civilisation, and the host only spoke Spanish. We booked 2 nights and the reservation had been paid in advance, but we left first thing in the morning after we couldn't get any sleep the first night, and lost the money paid for the 2nd night. The bed sheets and the blankets covering them were full of hairs, the bathtub had a lot of sand and hair, an authentic Halloween experience. We had one last hope with the breakfast, but we were again disappointed, they do not deserve to be called an Agroturismo, we had no fresh products (no eggs, fruits, cheese or meat), they brought some toasted bread, coffee and on the table was already a plate with supermarket muffins and sweets, we begged for some water.

That we could leave...
Look at all the written above.. and the images of the bathroom look quite nice.. but don’t take a closer..

The dinner was great and the location itself is amazing.
- extremely thin walls. We heard everything that happened next door (people peeing, sexual inter course, etc.)
- sanitary rules were not respected by the staff (no masks, no gloves, no hand sanitizer)
- poor breakfast (only sugary cakes packed in plastic)
- bathrooms could be cleaner and eventually toilet seats and showers should be changed

The position is stunning right up in the mountains
We were due to stay for three nights but checked out after one night. The main reason was the cockerel crowing at dawn. We are not used to country sounds. Also people were drinking there until late at night and didn’t leave quietly. The food was ok but no vegetables at all even though they grow their own. Breakfast was terrible. Just cheap cakes and toast.

The views
Bedrooms extremely small, too small for 2 adults to stay comfortably. Breakfast was packaged food/pancakes/cake (very unhealthy). Could hear guests in next room whole time so not a great stay.
