Two story spacious cottage home that is walking distance to secluded Olivia Beach Community Park and beach access. Listen to the waves of the ocean with a cup of Joe on the porch. Smart TV's in every bedroom with voice activated Alexa. TV's have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu, Disney+, and HBOMAX. Bedrooms are large with the two upstairs bedrooms measuring 12x20. Plenty of room for families or that love privacy. Comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and well stocked kitchen. Bathrooms feature soaking tubs for ultimate relaxation. Easy walking distance to Nelscott coffee shop, restaurants and shopping.
The house features a gas fireplace, wall heaters in every room (each with separate temperature controls), and a tank-less water heater. The open floor plan on the main level satisfies your need for family time with the kitchen, dining and living areas. This is a great home for those that want the master suite on the main level. There is also a half bath and laundry facilities on the main level. The front porch has comfortable wicker furniture and a water feature. We love to spend time sitting on the porch, drinking coffee, saying “Hi” to the people walking by, or watching the sunset at night. The birds in the morning are a lovely way to wake up at the beach. All bathrooms are amply stocked with paper products including tissues, hand soaps and towels. We do not stock shampoo or conditioner for our guests. Ceilings fans are installed in the upstairs bedrooms and living room for your comfort. If you have a little one, we have a Play-n-Pack and Highchair available upon request.
First Floor
Living Room: Have the family fun happen here in the living room! The sectional couch with down pillows is a very comfy place to hang out. Enjoy the throws on those nights when you feel a little chilly. There is a gas fireplace for those cold stormy nights (our favorite) to take the chill away. We have provided our guests with a 65” Curved TV We have pre-loaded Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime with HBO, IMD TV, You Tube, and web browser that are ready to watch. WiFi is also available for you to connect your personal devices too.
Dining Room: The dining table seats 6 with an adjoining breakfast bar that has addition seating for 4. We provide napkins for your uses as well as place mats and tablecloths. Look behind the door for a place to take your shoes off and hang up your coat or umbrella.
Kitchen: Great open floor plan for you to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a Side by Side Refrigerator that has Ice/Water in the door. You can cook a great breakfast on the glass top range or bake some muffins in the confection oven. The microwave oven is above the stove and has popcorn setting for your movie theatre popcorn. Wake up and brew you a quick cup of Joe with a Keurig Coffemaker and coffee pods. If you prefer a regular coffee pot, we have one available as well. The lights below the counters as well as above the counters that are great to leave on at night if you need extra light on. For easy clean up, put your dishes in the dishwasher and go. We provide some basic essentials such as some spices and dry goods as well as plastic wrap, aluminum wrap, and plastic bags. All of your cleaning essentials are under the counter. Enjoy the Doterra antibacterial hand soap! We have fully stocked this kitchen with all your cooking essential needs. Please make sure that you look in the credenza and the cupboard in the dining room (breakfast bar) as we have stored cooking essentials there too. There is a large pantry available for your use to store your food during your stay.
Master Bedroom: Live like the King and Queen of your family in your luxurious First Floor Master Suite. There is a King Size Bed that had dual controlled Tempur Pedic Adjustable Mattresses, one side has a cooling foam adjustable mattress. There is a 35” Smart TV with Alexa Voice Control for you to catch up on your favorite Netflix, Amazon Prime W/PARAMOUNT+ , HBO, AND STARZ, Hulu, Disney+, and HBOMAX. The Master Bathroom features a huge soaking tub for two with a shower, dual sinks, toilet and walk-in closet.
Powder Room, Pantry and Laundry are in the hallway behind the kitchen.
Second Floor
Upstairs South Bedroom: Great room for a family or teenagers to hang out. Two Queen Size beds await you in this room. One Queen Bed has an adjustable base with a Hybrid Cool Memory Foam Mattress, the other Queen Bed has Cool Memory Foam Mattress. This room has an ample storage space in the walk-in closet and a huge dresser to place your clothes for your stay. There is a 35” Smart TV with Alexa Voice Control TV for those times that you need to have some time to yourself, or for the kids to watch a movie. Find something fun on Netflix, AmazonW/PARAMOUNT+ , HBO, AND STARZ, Hulu, Disney+, and HBOMAX. The headboards are custom made with functioning lights if you are one that enjoys reading in bed. We had 8 adults and a 3 year old staying at Lette's Cottage. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was easy to get ahold of for questions we had. Would highly recommend this property, unless you are allergic to fragrances. The linens are extremely scented with the fabric softener used. I will ask from now on as it caused two of us to have reactions. Overall though, a wonderful rental!

I was a little hesitant about this property because it just popped up in my search and didnt know the location very well either. It was a very welcomed surprise though, the house was clean and large enough to accommodate my family. We had such a great time, very kid friendly. Even had bedtime story books. A fully stocked kitchen which was very helpful. I will definitely be back again.

Believe the reviews - this is a great house and owner! There were six of us staying for the long weekend, two married couples and two 18 year old boys, celebrating high school graduation. We had plenty of space to hang out downstairs, as well as in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. We used the BBQ one night, and it was easy to use and well-maintained. The proximity to the beach access is great, as is its location in town. Also, really quick to get everywhere we wanted to go -outlet mall, Barnacle Bill's, Mo's, etc. Owner is super nice and responded quickly to our questions. Two bonuses - the garden around the house is absolutely lovely, and the check-out requirements are a breeze!

This place was beyond our expectations. We had a party of 9 and it for our needs perfectly. It is super clean, and decorated absolutely perfect! The beds were super comfy and the kitchen is stocked with the essentials, plus some. I can’t say enough about it…and to top it off, I left a bag of shoes there and the owner shipped them to me- free of charge. Honestly- top notch!

With six adults and a one-year-old, Lette's Cottage met every one of our needs.
The house was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at the house and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The master tub - oh my! My grandson loved taking his baths in it.
The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and lovely, and we took advantage of the park a few times. As the listing states, having coffee on the front porch in the mornings was delightful, and the people walking the neighborhood were very friendly.

I could rave about this wonderful house, but you should just read the VRBO description the owner, Paul, has provided and know that it is all TRUE! There were 5 people in our group and nobody wanted to go home. We all loved Paul’s house!

Paul was great to deal with — very accommodating in adding our foster baby as a guest on short notice and providing a high chair and pack-and-play.
House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the cottage had plenty of beds for all. Location was within easy walking distance of the beach and Olivia Beach park. Overall, it seemed fairly spacious for a “cottage.” The only place I felt was lacking in space was the living room area, which didn’t have enough space to seat us all, but I knew that would be the case based upon the photos in the listing.
There were a few negatives for us: 1) the detergent/cleaner used (on the bedding) was heavily fragranced, which was a bit of an assault to our senses since we usually use fragrance-free detergents. 2) The king-size bed in the master bedroom is an adjustable split king, which some may like, but I personally did not like the large crevice down the middle of the bed. 3) The viewing options on the tvs was limited because there was no blu-ray/dvd player and some of the streaming services (Disney+) were not working during our time there. 4) The listing shows photos of a pool, so my kids thought there would be access to the pool in the Olivia Beach community. If I had looked closely at the pictures, I perhaps would have noticed they’re just pictures of the Lincoln City community pool, which has no connection the cottage besides being in the same town. So the kids were disappointed and I feel the city pool photos shouldn’t really be part of this listing.
Sorry I went so long on the negatives. The cottage is really very nice and Paul is very hospitable; I just wish I had known about these things before we went to avoid the disappointments.

Such a beautiful and clean property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Everything was so clean, including the clothes washer (which we've found really hit and miss at other properties). We felt totally at home here. We've never had such a comfortable experience at a rental home before. Whenever we come back to Lincoln City we are staying here. The owner was extremely responsive and kept us up to date as we neared our stay. We highly recommend this property!

Nice house, poor management interaction.
The house was lovely unfortunately the manager was very rude when speaking to us. He had a very hostile tone of voice speaking to minors for a simple mistake of overlooking the no pet rule. After his first interaction we were looking for a dog sitter already then he came back and threatened to make us leave. We also found a microphone screwed in the wall by the door. I would not recommend this place unless you like your privacy invaded. 🙃

The love and care and attention to detail that was put in to this lovely home blocks from the ocean were amazing. You could tell the owner cared about the property and was not leaving it good enough. Everything from the gorgeous rooms and comfortable furniture and beds to the personal touches of decor tell you they want you to feel welcome comfortable and like your actually on vacation. Idea spot for family get away
My family and I loved our stay at Lette’s! The house was spotless and inviting when we arrived. There was a beautiful water fountain going on the porch and the windows where open to let wonderful coastal air in as it was a warm evening. Everything we needed was available for our use. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of movies, games, even beach towels and a variety of coffee pods. The location was ideal for kids as it’s walking distance from a cute park and the beach. We had a very minor issue that needed attention with a light and Paul responded and fixed it right away. He was very helpful and we felt completely at home. I could not imagine a better experience. We made memories to last a lifetime and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Paul for the letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood!
This lovely beach house has all the amenities needed (especially for those who love to cook). It is located within 10 minutes of the beach access and 5 minutes of a lovely neighborhood park with a fire pit (wood provided), a sand volleyball/badminton court and lovely trellised paths. It fit our party of 9 comfortably as we had 2 children able to share a large twin bed.
Paul, our host met us as we drove up, showed us where to park, and gave us a lot of helpful tips for the surrounding area. He was very friendly and ready to help.
The house itself was spotless and had plenty of towels/beach towels, books, board games and access to all the latest streaming services - including Disney plus - giving us some fun family films to watch in the evening from the latest releases.
We highly recommend both this place as well as the host.

Really we could not find anything to complain about with this property. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. Plenty of dishes and things to cook with. The yard and house are beautifully maintained. You can tell the owner takes pride in providing wonderful accommodations. We have found Olivia Beach to be rather windy down on the beach but have found nearby beaches sheltered by a cove to enjoy beach time at.

The house was very clean and everything are in very great shape. it was welcome from the first a few steps into the house. The size of the house was excellent for the our big family and we had enough bedding for everyone (which always a plus). House located in amazing neighborhood and with great walk to the beach. The only down side was the stairs that lead to the beach from the street with older people it was a little bit harder. I would definably come back to this house and would recomd it to others.
