While there is plenty of sleeping room for 24 people, it is also intimate enough for a family of 5. Located in the heart of the historic district, the home offers a unique layout with three private suites on the lower level and can sleep up to 28 guests in total. This home is conveniently located to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge!

This is one of the BEST locations in Breckenridge! Located on French Street in the heart of Breckenridge, home to the world class ski resort and summer destination. This home is just steps away from the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Walk two blocks to Main Street or take the free bus anywhere in town from the stop just outside the home.
Getting Around:
The Breck Free Ride bus stop just out the door, you will be able to get anywhere within Breckenridge in a few minutes or less. There are 6 outdoor parking spaces located to the left side of the house (2 rows/3 cars deep) - If all six spaces are used, you will need to park strategically. There is additional daily use street parking in front of the house but you cannot use these spaces for overnight parking.

The house was perfect. The location was 2 blocks from Main Street. The Breck Bus and Downtown Trolley stopped right by the house for ease of getting around town. The house had several gathering areas that no one felt crowded. The kitchen was huge so we could all eat together. Two coffee pots plus K-Cup too. 2 crockpots, several refrigerators, LOTS of dishes, pots and pans, bakeware. Our 4 children and their families plus our Grandaughters family all fit perfectly! We LOVED our stay here and hated to leave!!!

Our group of 20 people stayed here and loved it. Quick 5-10 minute walk to peak 9 lift, 3 min walk to a grocery/ liquor store and surrounded by restaurants.
The house was clean and served every need our group had. Fonda was great - I would definitely stay here again!

This rental was better than we expected. The house is amazingly beautiful and it was so clean. Everything was stocked fully with things that no one even knows they need! Great shampoo. Anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The neighborhood is absolutely close enough to walk to the gondola, but it was too cold! Almost everything you could need is within walking distance. Restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, and bars. The owners were great to work wit. We absolutely recommend this place. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We loved the layout and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is well-stocked with all the necessities. The house is clean and updated. All the beds were reported to be comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot. Grill was clean and updated. In walking distance to downtown Breck along with a few hiking trails. Parking was convenient. If back in this area with a large group, we would definitely stay again.

Great location
We had a family reunion at this residence and it was perfect for lots of different families to stay. The number of bathrooms is great. The eating space for the 19 of us was very nice. A gathering space for everyone was not available at one time, so the kitchen seemed to be where everyone hung out. Front door needs refurbishment. It looks haggered. .

We loved our stay here! It was a great house for a big group - we had 21 people ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and it was comfortable for everyone. It is also in close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We enjoyed the hot tub and views from the backyard and top deck. Very clean, lots of towels, bedding, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is well stocked too. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! It was a great house for a big group - we had 21 people ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and it was comfortable for everyone. It is also in close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We enjoyed the hot tub and views from the backyard and top deck. Very clean, lots of towels, bedding, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is well stocked too. We would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in February to ski and it was absolutely incredible. Honestly it could not be better. We were a group of 19 including eight children, ages 2 through 8. The house is beautiful, well-appointed, and in a very walkable location with easy access to shops, restaurants, skiing, and other activities. Very high end furnishings and decor. The layout is really nice for lots of different families as there are separate spaces. We have toddler twins and stayed in the downstairs and it was quiet and great. I can't believe how wonderful this place was and I hope we come back every year.

There will not be space allowed for all the elements that make this home the most perfect setting for being able to provide rest and refreshment to our travel weary Continental Divide Trail Hikers. 14 of us gathered from several states to welcome the family of 6 who are hiking that trail, north to south. Breckenridge represented close to a half way mark for them, and that home allowed us to be all together for resting, feasting, and renewing all together. Nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3 of them studio apartments, and another 5 of them en suites. Every bed was luxuriously comfortable and all the rooms had been provided with every item we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was missing no item we could ask for in order to feed all 20 weary souls. The property manager was helpful, personable, and available. The owner was delightful and welcoming. We have begun dreaming of a way to go again, as our time was enjoyable in every particular and memorable every moment. There is such easy, walkable access to all that Breckenridge has to offer, and we wanted for nothing. So much could be said, but we'll just add: "JT and Mary, we hope to be back... one visit calls for another and another. Hope we see you again soon"

Great house in a perfect location!
This house was exactly what we had hoped for. We brought a good sized group into Breck of 6 families. This house was perfectly suited for our large group. The location was amazing, with such a short walk to Main St and the Village ski area. It made it very convenient to come back to the house before going out for dinner or to walk through town. If for some reason you didn't feel like walking, the Breck Free Ride bus blue route picks up right in front of the house, too. If you're bringing a big group into Breck, this is a great option.
