This is a great year-round destination with canoeing and ziplining in the summer, or skiing in the winter. At the resort itself, you will have access to sveen on-site restaurants, two championship golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, and the relaxing spa - all serviced by a local shuttle service. With the additional in-suite washer/dryer and full kitchen, you will be sure to call this property your home away from home!
Our villa has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 King bed in each. You'll find 2 Sofa beds in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.
Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.
After golfing at one of the two championship golf courses, retreat to our spacious, air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on our cable TV or watch your favorite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.
In the KITCHEN you'll find a microwave and a full refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort where our villa is conveniently located. These include fitness center access, the games room, the on-site spa, the shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the shared indoor and outdoor pools, and more! Pick up a wristband from the Grand Geneva Front Desk and enjoy access to the Timbers Waterpark for $25-$35 (subject to availability).

If you don't feel like cooking, our favorite breakfast place is Great Eggs, just a 7 minute drive away and right on the water! Check out the Lake Geneva museum, where you can explore interactive exhibits within the historic waterworks building. Go ziplining and walking in the treetops with Lake Geneva Canopy Tours, only a 7 minute drive away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Please note that this unit consists of two adjoining units
• Hot tub closed in winter, reopens on Memorial Day
• Unfortunately, your furry best friend will have to sit this one out as pets are not allowed in this unit
• Complimentary cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Please note that these items are on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of check-in and are not placed in the unit beforehand
• Pick up a wristband from the Grand Geneva Front Desk and enjoy access to the Timbers Waterpark for $25-$35. Please note that access to the waterpark may not be available during some holidays and is always based on availability (all guests over 12 months old must have a wristband)
• If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE parking on-site!
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation
