Was a good location for my nearby meetings.
Very basic. No room tea/coffee. Very noisy residents going to work early.
7.0
Clean room, good beds, easy access
The bathroom was in poor condition, tiles were broken and there was a hole in the ceiling probably from former pipe/pipes.

Everything!!!
I don’t have anything to complain.

it was close to where I had meetings
grim and depressing decor worthy of the worst of soviet style, charging the price of a 4* boutique hotel. the only other human I saw in the hotel was the cleaner.

There were no hassles with getting in the hotel or with the booking. The staff I spoke to were helpful and made my stay better. The room was clean and comfortable.
There are no English channels on the TV

I was visiting family nearby, so location was fine.
Although never experienced self-service hotel, it worked out ok
TV reception in my room 120, was extremely bad, picture crashed and froze, you could NOT follow any program, be it speaking or with sub-titles.
I have reported to hotel.
Hope it will be ok for next guest

self check-in, comfortable beds, clean room, working fridge.
Very basic room. In the bathroom, there was only a curtain on a rail that separated the shower area from the rest of the bathroom (water runs through the floor to the scupper under the sink, making the floor wet).
The TV was not connected to any source of channels (I tried to scan various options - no signal).
The hotel is located next to a busy road. Traffic noise was present throughout the night.

The room is good size, exceptionally clean! It has everything you need including a little fridge. The kitchen and dining area is a great idea as you can connect with other guests if you want to. Super fast free Internet, you can log in to your netflix on the TV.
We really liked the room and location. It was perfect for the weekend.
1) The radiator in our room didn't work and the hotel didn't fix it in time. There is no reception so you can only send messages. They never replied to my message about radiator not working and we spent two nights in room that was cold. The maintenance guy banged on our door Monday morning wanting to fix the radiator which was pointless as we were checking out that day.
We came over weekend but in hotel business it should not matter - this should have been fixed or at least acknowledged sooner.
There were no extra duvets or covers. Room was cold and there was nothing we could have used. The communication from the hotel was poor regarding this issue.
2) I paid for extended check out but this was not communicated to the cleaner who let himself into our room while we had shower. The man was very apologetic and showed me the list where our room was not marked as extended checknout.

AVOID, DIRTY & SMELLY ROOMS
We had booked two double rooms, for a work trip lasting 4 nights. The Hotel looked and functioned like a staff less hostel. On entering each of the rooms we were met with a strong stench of stale body odour, presumably from the previous guests. The double beds were two singles. Towels were old and rough, albeit clean. Bathrooms were very small with open drains for the shower and hand basin. Self-catering facilities are shared with all the guests, so we ate out. The doors are lightweight and therefore all that walk along the corridors can be clearly heard.
AVOID, unless you are paying Hostel Prices. Everything could have much been better. It is DIRTY and SMELLY

Good size room
No staff, no tea coffee facilities, felt very sterile. I would avoid in the future

It is a staff-free facility but the check-in works quite well with all the instructions sent. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was well equipped. The kitchenette and dining room were nice and very useful.
Walking the corridor can be very noisy, so it can disturb during the night. The rooms near the terrasse lose privacy when windows open and people on the terrasse.

Easy access. Grocery store nearby.
No reception and codes on doors.

No hot water after morning shower for rest day/night. Joke. also, room far too hot as whole floor in direct sunlight. Uncomfortable to sleep.
3.0
Nothing. At least thank god they informed me in due time, that there would be no shower amenities (I took my own).
You can't call this place a hotel. it's like a dormitory. Dirty carpets and chairs and the shower is not working correctly.
The so-called hotel is on the third floor and below there are 2 shops - Aldi and Jysk. So huge noise from 7 am. There are 2 lamps in the room and only one worked. And they charge the full amount before your stay.

Reserve for two people and there was only one bed made, I wrote to the mail to complain since no one works in the hotel and they replied telling me that there were sheets in the closet. How many of us go to a hotel to make the beds?
