Un soggiorno in città

Situato in prossimità del centro città .Stanza confortevole , grande bagno, ascensore e ottima colazione con dolce e salato. Personale gentilissimo sia alla reception che in sala colazione.

Purtroppo, come hanno già scritto altri viaggiatori, la struttura è situata vicino ad una discoteca che rende difficile il sonno.

Do not stay in this hotel. It should be removed from Booking.com

Wow. The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Refrigerator did not work, missing light bulbs, sticky table tops, lobby had mildewed filthy cloth chairs, front desk man wore a T Shirt, lobby bar served liquor to people in the street, urine stains on the building front, vagrants in front of the building, some drunk and scary congregated in front of the hotel. It was a horror. I fled first thing in the morning leaving my three day deposit. I was willing to pay to get away. I cannot believe I was so misled by the Booking.com presentation that this is A Great Western 4 star hotel.

This hotel was surprisingly better than the photos on booking.com, lobby furniture even looks better in real life. Excellent air-conditioning in the room which saved my life during the heatwave. Big room with fridge. Excellent blinds - dark for sleeping. Next to laundromat. Staff very accommodating. Close to the centre only 200m away, easy walk from train station.

The lobby needs to be air-conditioned for both staff and waiting customers. Suggest replacing the public toilet paper dispensers with real toilet paper.

Hotel is very well positioned but so many people talking in the night on the other street...not good.

I arrive in the my room but the toilet was blocked .

we always stay here when I have a gig in Varese.

everything about this place is great, except that it is impossible to find a parking place.

I like everything about the property, but I don’t like the interface on booking.com. why don’t you capitalize the start of each sentence? it’s so dumb. hire a programmer who knows IOS.

Alright experience, but not a 4 stars hotel.

Convenient location. Personnel very welcoming and always willing to help with. They booked a taxi for us and were always available for any info. They also kept our stuff after the checkout in the morning. The room was clean, spacious, and well furnished.

Our double bed was just two single mattresses together. The bathtub was clogged with something and while you shower the water raises up to your ankle level. Poor lightning system in the room - one socket next to one bedside only, one socket for the TV, not so bright bulbs. Also one of the bulbs in the corridor by the elevator was faulty and flashing and must be replaced (For your information, I'm talking about the second floor). Breakfast was alright, but nothing special considering that this is a 4 stars hotel. Ultimately, no mini bar in the room and no bar service available after a certain hour. This makes it very inconvenient for late arrivals as you'll not be able to get even a bottle of water or a snack.

location was great few minutes into the cafes and restaurants

rooms were cold… heating cannot go on until October Staff were just doing their job, sadly no interaction with customers. pleasant but did not go the extra mile.. sadly hotel had no heart or soul…… No ambiance

It is nice!

The location is very nice. There’s a street about 2 minutes walking that has all kind of restaurants, gelato places stores and bars. The staff was extremely friendly! All of them speak 2, 3 and even 4 languages.

The floor was really dirty with old dust. it was the only bad thing about the whole experience.

Perfect location next to the pedestrian area

Breakfast was incredibly good with everything that you could want from all the options for coffee to cereal, eggs, and great pastries. The staff was also great to refill everything; all were fresh and great Italian items
