Spa bath definitely needs a grab rail it’s a lovely bath but far too hard to get out of, the bottom of spa is very slippery, not able to get a grip. I ended up ripping a toe nail off as I kept sliding trying to get out. I am in a lot of pain at the moment.

It wasn’t far from food, shopping, beaches, petrol stations, etc. The desk staff were helpful and kind. I travelled with a baby and my partner, the upper story hotel room we stayed in was quiet and clean and we were able to park the car directly outside. It came with a large TV, a fridge and microwave. That bathroom was big enough for one person to use at a time and was updated nicely. The window view over the lake from the kitchen and bathroom wouldn’t be viewable if you are shorter than 165cm tall, the windows are high up. The air con worked well and the stay was overall enjoyable and easy.
The one thing I really didn’t like was the bed head - it shouldn’t be fabric, it should be wooden. It was a little scratchy and carried a lot of dust. I had to lean against it to prop the baby up and feed her and it irritated my back. There are some permanent residents next door in the caravan park who play their tv very loud all night long. It was very loud as soon as you stepped out of the room. I thought it was someone in the complex playing it loud but it was someone across the way. Also there were some very loud groups staying in the cabins behind us near the lake, this can be expected on Easter Holiday and the noise was reduced well in the rooms but you couldn’t cancel it all out. There’s always a young drunken loud pack somewhere.

The room was great , clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Much better then I expected. For the price did not expect much and what we got was well above. Easy to book especially last minute. We came in early and were able to get the keys to our rooms before check in so we could still go out to our event. Went above and beyond to make our experience great.
Not really alot. The location made it hard to get an uber to Wollongong but that is hardly anything to complain about as we knew it could be a problem when booking

Allowed pets. Friendly staff. Big TV and aircon.
Room needed maintainance. Stains all over bed side. Metal filings from unfinished work on ceiling had fallen on face towels. Towels had stains on them. Dog poo and cigarette butts all over garden

I quiet location withing proximity to where I was required to travel.
The property was situated on a main road through this town, road and traffic noise could be heard from rooms.

Reception was rude in checking in.
Cabin was clean as we had to air out for hours before going back in.

The receptionist was so helpful. A very nice lady.
The beds & linen were clean. The room had been cleaned & appeared fine. Appreciated that there was a supply of milk, tea, coffee provided. Also greatly appreciated being given an early check-in time.
On entering, there were two cockcroaches on the door. There was a large skink (lizard) in the kitchen which ran behind the kitchen cupboards. All this can be forgiven but there was an infestation of (we think were) baby cockroaches. We noticed a few on arrival and these were dealt with. We had very little time to explore further as we had a wedding at Panorama House to attend & very little time. On our return the bugs were everywhere. Going to the bathroom in the middle of the night was quite an experience. Needless to say, it was a very restless night for the 3 of us, my sister, brother-in-law & me. We saw the humour in the situation but departed at first light. I think a visit from a pest exterminator would greatly improve future visitor's experiences.

- Rusty iron which ruined my husbands shirt
- Found 3 crickets around the room which also jumped into our bags and hitched a ride home with us to Melbourne. It could be beneficial to install draft stoppers at the bottom of the front door to prevent insects from crawling through.
- Dirty/stained sheets and smears across walls
- No room service whatsoever, couldn’t even provide clean towels to us as the reception decided to close earlier than expected and didn’t even notify guests
- Early morning wake up calls thanks to the garden maintenance crew using a blower for over at least an hour
The list could go on… we do however understand that sometimes you get what you paid for. In this case, almost $200 a night, the room should come with much better service and conditions

The shower head was great
The tv and wifi barely works.
There is no basin in the kitchen so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. It smelled as the big skips are at the front right next to the rooms.
I paid $12 for laundry for it to be so so dirty. Honestly dont think that room has ever been cleaned.
3.4
Ideally located for accessing north & south
Not as clean as I would of liked however tolerable considering we were hardly in the room other than to sleep.

Bed was comfy.. that’s about it
Shower was dirty, cabin was small and quite run down. They charged me extra because they didn’t have the room I had booked available. They then took a $200 deposit which wasn’t refunded until I had to call multiple times, then it took almost a week. There is no actual access to the lake

Situated right on the lake shore. Spacious enough for a couple. Cabin was clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable.
Space around the bed a bit on the tight side.

Clean rooms, good service

Nice bathroom and spacious unit.
Worn
Only one pillow
The cupboard cant even open
No decent cutlery
It is overpriced for the facilities.
