The way people in the hotel treated me. The home-made breakfast they prepare!
The decoration in the room.

Amazing place, one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve seen. The decoration is original, you can see that every object, furniture, plant has been careful selected with love and great taste. This place has a soul. Will definitely come back.

Peaceful and calm. Location was amazing.
Quite hard to find. We drove up. Which next time I would park the car and Taxi up.

La ubicación.
La atención recibida por parte de personal asistente. No nos sentimos acompañados, aunque la atención del personal de desayuno fue excepcional y de la amiga de la propietaria al llegar también.
El baño no tenía puerta y sí visión directa desde la cama.

Great central location. The inn is built round an lovely open courtyard, parts of which date to C16th. Lots of character in the bedrooms which were all different, comfortable and spacious. In spite of the central location, there was no noise from the outside. Lovely staff and exceptional value. Breakfast good for the price.
Nothing.

Wonderful boutique hotel just a few steps from the Toledo Cathedral. Beautiful home restored with loving attention to detail. The manager, Violeta, gave us a warm welcome & offered options for restaurants and sightseeing. Nicely decorated room with coffee\tea service & comfortable bed. We had to leave early so there was a lovely to-go picnic breakfast ready for us in the morning. We highly recommend Casa Palacio & hope to return soon!
Only that we didn't have more time to spend here!

Close to the Cathedral, we spent some time finding the place because there is no sign that reads 'Casa Palacio Rincón de la Catedral.' It's a truly unique place to stay for the night. In the morning, we were served a splendid breakfast by a lady named Violeta. She also gave us a brief tour of the palace, and we used Google Translate to communicate. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation; she's a very nice lady and made us feel like our visit to the city of Toledo was truly worthwhile.
Not so easy to locate.

Beautiful decor with old world charm.

The best choice for a 2 night stay to visit Toledo. The house is simply magical, something out of 1001 arabian/spanish nights. The property is an artfully restored old townhouse from the 9th century, of which the owners managed to recapture the atmosphere of old times in a combination of amazing decor, original walls and carpentry and a perfect comfort and modern fixtures. The room was very comfortable, everything exceptionally clean and the breakfast served in the delightful inner courtyard was plenty and tasty, including eggs, fruit, hams and cheese. The owners are friendly, great people. When arriving from the train station, the Taxi costs about 6-8 EUR, and you should indicate the address as “La puerta jana(iana) de la catedral”, it will bring you right at the lane entrance, as the address quoted from booking took us to another side of the lane and the entrance is a bit difficult to locate at a first glance(no signs, just the house number). the location is the most central, 10 m away from the entrance to the catedral, quiet. Has A/C. An amazing stay, we recommend it.

An interesting place with nice staff. It really gives you a feel for Spanish architecture. Right next to the cathedral and was east to get around.
The air conditioning was a fixed unit and not central. The key is an old school hard key.

Worth it just for the beautiful courtyard, and lovely hosts.

Unique hotel, very eclectic and well appointed. Hosts were amazing and the breakfast was good. Located just across from the entrance to the cathedral, so very central in Toledo. Great value.

Excepcional location with great hosts. They take time and give comprehensive descriptions of Toledo, so just ask. The building is fantastic with a history and lots of green plants.
I would love to have a bigger tv in my room, however, that's not really important as you travel to Toledo to be outside.
The building is old, so the soundproofing is a bit meeh. But I am a heavy-sleeper so not really an issue for me.

There is no name board of the property name outside the house. Which I felt was a con

This is such a beautiful house. I was genuinely sad to leave.
We liked everything about it. This is an oasis of calm. The hosts were so lovely and it's so central to everything in Toledo. I think I need to go back for more RnR.

A Special place, historic and beautiful place to stay. The owners and staff were fantastic. It is a bit difficult to access, but when you arrive you find a beautiful and special place to stay.

Amazing place! It's a historical house in arabian style, made into a hotel with lots of love and warmth. The room was cozy and filled with old style chic details. Very homey feeling. Like you are visiting very distant but beloved relatives😄 Overall hotel style is "an old arabian", so to speak, experience is unforgettable.
Breakfast was great! The staff is very friendly and diligent.
The location is perfect: right next to the cathedral.
Quiet, good sleep
Maybe the mattress has already seen a lot of backs)

The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and we were extremely luck to have found this hidden gem. Breakfast was great. I was very sad to be leaving.
We tool a bath as soon as we arrived and found clumps of hairs and gunk floating around the water before we got in. I did not feel like the bathroom was very clean. But, the bed, towels, and room were pristine.

Violeta, the housekeeper, was very welcoming and very keen for us to have a nice time at the property and in the city.

Beautiful accommodation in the city centre, easy to walk to everything Toledo has to offer. Very helpful staff and good breakfast
bathroom a bit cold, but the weather was -4degrees at nighttime so would be fine in warmer weather!

An incredible building with amazing old-time charm. Tastefully decorated! A tremendous staff - Asun, the owner and Zu••••, the breakfast cook/maid. Both were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was very satisfying. Highly recommend!!!
The city of Toledo needs to work on their road signage. I don’t like to follow GPS on my phone, because I miss details of the city and architecture. Plus - phone batteries go dead, and then you’re lost.

The property is excellent in every way: decor is exquisite, the location perfect and the place itself immersed in history and beauty. The breakfast was incredible and served very professionally by the lovely lady who works there. I can not recommend it enough! We will be back for sure! Silvia and Rick, Manchester

The location was fantastic The cathedral is right on the doorstep, and other attractions are very close by. As for the property, it was very unique. Rooms are situated above and around a central courtyard, with some original features dating back many hundreds of years.
The rooms were spacious enough and decorated in a charming and inviting style. The staff were very polite and helpful. Upon arrival Asun gave us a map and highlighted places to see, where to eat etc

Fantastic Moorish palace where the oldest parts are more than 1000 years old. The location is perfect, right by the cathedral. We were allowed to park the car in the palace for Euro 18 per day. You should not have a large car if you are going to drive all the way to the hotel. Both the owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. You're making a bargain if you get a room here.

Location could not be better right in a center of the attractions. Very helpful hosts. Building has a lot of history in its walls, beautiful authentic living space right in a center of this historic town.
Nothing. Maybe bed was little ,,squeaky". I'm not complaining, bed was very comfortable, exact hardness/softness we like but every move on a bad created ,,squeak", we had a lot of laugh out of it.
