Estancia perfecta

La limpieza del hotel y la variedad de comidas en el restaurante

Que no podíamos entrar al estacionamiento y tuvimos que dar mucha vuelta, porque había evento sobre la calle y estaba cerrada

En general mi estancia fue muy buena, el check in rápido, el personal en general me atendió bien.

Me gustó mucho que después de varias veces que me he hospedado en este hotel, por fin me dieron una habitación con vista a Paseo Montejo. La habitación en general es cómoda. Me encanta la ubicación, me gusta el aroma en el vestíbulo ya que da paz al momento de entrar. Me gusta el desayuno Buffett.

1. Cuando entré al restaurante, la señorita que me recibió, me indicó que no podía sentarme en una mesa con vista a la calle debido a que según esto estaban reservadas, lo cual fue evidente que no era así ya que hasta que terminé de desayunar, se presentó una familia de 3 personas y se iban a sentar en una de esas mesas y se dieron el lujo de escoger en cuál de las 3 disponibles. 2. Doy mis datos de facturación en el restaurante y entiendo que debieran enviar la factura a en corto tiempo, días después de mi estancia en el hotel, aún no la recibía y, aunque envié correos solicitándola, no me llegaba, ni la del desayuno ni la de la cena. 3. Sería bueno que la habitación tuviera más contactos y una pantalla un poco más grande.

Excelentes instalaciones y el personal muy amable

Muy bonito y limpio la habitación era amplia, tiene un pequeño balcón. Tiene todo lo necesario y el personal es muy amable y están pendiente de todo. La ubicación es muy buena está a 25 minutos caminando del centro y como 10/15 minutos en coche.

Should clearly advertise no in-house drinks or food available.

Location, type of room, balcony, cleaning staff very attentive, left a tip of course.

Promoted as having an open hotel lobby bar, rooftop bar with drinks and food at the pool. Was all closed and had been since lockdown. No reason for it not to be open years, I mean years, later. Restaurant attached to hotel will not serve drinks to residents unless they are part of a wedding. I was staying there a week. I requested this once.

Sin expectativas.

Amabilidad del personal de limpieza y restaurante. Y una señora del turno de las 12 a 7pm que nos recibió en la recepción. Me tocó buffet en domingo y TODO el personal de excelencia. El personal rescata el prestigio del hotel

Las restricciones de la ropa. No mancharlas y hacerte firmar para pagarlas si las ensucias cuando son prendas viejas y ya amarillentas. Cosas de un viejo hotel que necesita con urgencia remodelación.

great location for an obsolete leisure business

The location is really good if you want to spend time nearby attractions in downtown

Really poor customer service, the maintenance of the room was bad, shower has some lack of maintenance and Lightning is very poor. Not enough electrical plugs. it is an old and not properly maintained building

Superb

We loved the location. Directly on the Pasajo de Montejo. The rooftop pool was wonderful after a hard day of touring. I would have loved to have a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The Oxxo was close so we could grab drinks there. I would definitely stay at El Conquistador again.

There were several light fixtures that weren't working. Towels were clean but very worn.

Great location and clean.

Our flight was delayed and hotel did not have a way for me to pay online, or over the phone to hold the rooms. They only accepted payment in person because we had booked on Booking.com . We were lucky we had somebody in town that was able to drive to the hotel and pay for the stay so we would not lose the reservation.

The bed sheets were clean but they are with old stinks...... So it looks like not clean at ....the TV is to old fashion lol we are in the 2022 and you can not use netflix...... Can be acceptable but not in 5 stars hotel

I have stayed at el conquistador several times and am a!ways glad I did.

Buffet breakfast wonderful, staff at front desk, restaurant, maintenance, housekeepkng friendly, helpful.

Window seal didn't work well, temperature of the room scaped and heard all the street noises. Some of the bed sheets had rust spots. To was too small.

Just okay.

The hotel location is great. Access to the Paseo Montejo and the night life within it is really good.

Staff was no so friendly. We checked in and were not greeted. Also bartender was not friendly at all. Pillows were so hard! Had to pay $50 MXN if you loose a room key and leave an ID if you want a towel for the pool.
