Excelente localização, hotel muito limpo, staff muito educado e organizado. Recomendo a estadia, melhor hotel de Palmas disparado, tanto para agenda de trabalho como para lazer.

Excelente café da manhã, só achei que antes do horário de término, a equipe do hotel já começa a recolher as coisas, o que fica ruim. O preço está bem acima da média de Palmas, podia ser um pouquinho mais barato.

Localização, prédio novo.

Serviço péssimo. Pedi a substituição do travesseiro todos os dias e não fui atendido. Ralo do banheiro entupido, apesar de pedir para arrumarem, de nada adiantou.

O Hplus é um excelente hotel para quem busca aconchego e uma hospedagem super agradável. Para mim, o melhor de Palmas!

Cama e banho excelentes. Quarto lindo, limpíssimo, novo, amplo, decorado, aconchegante. Tudo funcionando! Academia boa. Café da manhã excelente, com diversas opções. Vista da cidade linda!!

Os travesseiros eram de ótima qualidade, a limpeza é boa e o hotel parece muito bem conservado.

O tamanho da bancada da pia do banheiro é muito pequeno para que duas mulheres consigam acomodar seus produtos de higiene pessoal!

The hotel structure is quite nice. High rise building with fast elevators, good breakfast, comfy bed, tidy and clean room. Powerful A/C, good smart TV. Fast check-in and most of the staff willing to help!

At certain times, there will be no hot water on the shower. It seems that for peak hours the amount of hot water simply is not enough. While this is understable and also easy to deal with, that's not something to be expected for this kind of stay. Most of the year you won't even bother with a hot shower, it is true. But across July, you probably will.

Very nice hotel but get the rooms that are not facing the street.

I really liked the comfortable and nicely decorated rooms and comfortable bed, also great shower.

Breakfast was good enough but quite minimalist compared to other hotels in this category. Staff was friendly and helpful but was disappointed that the thatched mat or rug in the room was full of sand and filthy underneath, really filthy and even though they said they would clean it several times, nothing was done about it till we left, also the towels were only changed after we specifically asked for clean ones. Also tremendous street noise like motorcycles and cars on a busy night in the rooms facing the streets and we were on the 14th floor.

A pretty good hotel in a mid-sized, safe town

almost new 30 story hotel in a decent part of town. large, well furnished room with a balcony. had a very good dinner. food and room very inexpensive.

Hotel appeared to have very few guests - I was the only person in the dining room for dinner. Hopefully, they’re making enough money to stay alive

location is central

The balcony door didn’t close properly so the road noise was loud. The room had rubbish in it from the previous occupant. Had to call and ask for towels and cups for hot drinks. I asked to use a business centre for 1 hour, this cost me more than the hotel room!! staff seemed to be withholding price information despite many attempts to get a price. quite disappointed. Also the main light in the bedroom didn’t turn off properly so I had to take the bulbs out in order to sleep.
