Sentrumsnært hotell, kort gangavstand til sentrum. Bra parkering. Hyggelig betjening.

Grei frokost. Kort vei til sentrum. Pluss for bra parkering. Hyggelig betjening.

Lukta fra industrien var kvalmende, natt nr 2 lukket vi vinduet og det ble bedre. Litt irriterende surring fra USB laderne ved senga.

Very good value for money and a wonderful place to stay.

Breakfast was perfect and very well organized. The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of towncentre. It is a nice small hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. We liked the well kept garden with comfy seats and the kind of livingroom, free to use by the guests. Wifi worked perfectly.

Nice and cozy

It's modest but very cozy. I had a nice stay and would repeat it. Lived the free coffee/tea/ and fruit and chocolates anytime in the lobby and the outside terrace. Excellent location.

The individual bed was very narrow.

Good location and value but some quality control is lacking in preparing rooms for new guests.

The breakfast provided a nice variety and there was plenty of seating.

Our room had not been cleaned when we arrived and there were no towels. We had booked the room for an extended stay and were disappointed. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was Sandra and she took it upon herself to clean our room and made sure we could comfortably move in that afternoon. Sandra was terrific! Our room, the superior room, faced the street and there were a lot of traffic noise. The designated smoking area was right under our window by the front entrance so every morning we woke up to cigarette smoke.

Another pleasant stay

Not the first time staying here and it won't be the last as it is perfectly located for my needs. Comfortable large room. Excellent breakfast and this time, a beautiful snowy outlook.

The walls between rooms are not the thickest so you may hear all sorts of things from your neighbours

Greit, hvis en ikke forlanger for mye.

Not far from city. Breakfast ok.

Was not inform have to ask for parking space for electric car. Noise from robot mower. Have to park in the street.

Disappointing

Location is quite nice to drive in and out of Mariestad. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

- Upon checking in, we were assigned a different room than the one we booked. We had booked the Suite and were placed in the Superior room, which was somehow thought of as an upgrade. However, the room was neither prepared nor clean in advance. Towels and sheets were missing and the room (particularly the shower) was generally dirty and adorned with spiderwebs. On top of that, the room has very thin walls/windows and was next to the street so that morning traffic woke us up quite early. Next morning we complained about the change and were relocated by a lovely reception lady who was justly mortified we had been changed to a non-prepared room. While we had breakfast, she arranged so we could move to the Suite we had booked, which was a more pleasant room in general.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, thumbs up for decoration! Parking facilities were poor. Good breakfast. One cheerful staff member, the other one was grumpy. Cleaning was ok, not great. Our flip flops got stuck in the restaurant
