Pure hell!!!
Nothing, had no choice but to book that place as there were no other places available within my budget at the time I booked it.
I did not like this property at all. It was filthy, lots of noise, the lady had five cats, and the bathroom was very dirty and smelly. I did not like the owner either. She was extremely rude, and unpleasant

Booking.com ad must disclose that this property is over-run with cats.
Booking.com ad was very descriptive, but stated nothing about the property being over-run with cats. Once the non-refundable payment was made, and we were transferred to the owner's site, the cats were disclosed. Since I have tested very allergic to cats, and both my wife and i were being medicated for severe bronchitis, being in a "cat hotel" was not an option. The owner was very disrespectful of our request to cancel, and we could not due to poor service while traveling in the desert in California. We asked her to cancel for us, but she refused to do so. Very disappointing experience.

Peaceful location.
The location was perfect for my travel needs and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hostess was very accommodating and friendly.
She wasn't aware of my arrival; however, it all worked out and the room was ready.

Disappointing, but the cats were nice.
The cats. Especially Flicky, but all the others were also very nice, except maybe Blue, who almost escaped.
The futon had an airmatress, which was uncomfortable. The room was smelling with and indeterminate odour, and my pajamas smelled like the room for days.
