Staff extremely friendly and helpful, well trained and professional
Restaurant closes too early, and does not close on the time they show on the brochures.
The lobby informed me the restaurant is open, and when I get to the restaurant, they tell you sorry, no-can-do
Go to bed hungry or walk to the grocery store for food, not so nice after a long day of business meetings.
Reliability and communication of restaurant times should be improved.

breakfast was delicious and an interesting merge between local and western elements
Presentation and the view was extraordinary
The location is wonderful as its out of the hustle and bustle of the city yet in walking distance to explore.

I have nothing to say but to praise everything about the place.
Clean and comfortable rooms, absolutely nice and helpful staff members, beautiful view, and delicious meal (not just wonderfully set up)...
Everything was above expectation from the welcome moments.
It was a fantastic experience!
Only downside is... The public bath needs some upgrade to live up to the name of the hotel :)

Nice scenery on the hill with comfortable Japanese-style room presented relaxing experience for whole family
Many components of the facility were pretty old. It aroused a kinda reminiscence too but frankly speaking, inconvenient from time to time.

Check out late and very nice staff.
I hoped there to have a place on the terrace just for drinking coffee or a glass of wine. I think the terrace was just for lunch and dinner so I couldn’t enjoy coffee time outside.

I love everything about this hotel.
It is a timeless classic luxury that I would love to come back to when in Fukuoka.
Hotspring is natural which is a plus.
Dinner at the Japanese restaurant was over the top.
I was very much impress.
Staff were also very accommodating.
P.S.
I love their pajamas too and would love to get one when I’m back again.

Great location, good bath (hot spring), friendly staff at the restaurant and comfortable room.
If using public transport, the 58 bus takes you to the nearest stop. But it still takes 5-minute walk and it was not a really good idea in such hot weather.

Staffs were quite friendly. There is a free shuttle bus to the city center. View from the gym was fantastic. Overall good.

The bath was marvelous. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The carpeting on the 3rd floor was a disgrace; not worthy of 5 stars. The room furnishings were slightly better than 2 star business hotel.
I arrived in the evening and was told that the restaurant was closed for an event and there was no other restaurant available for dinner.
