Amazing charming place

Charming place with nice atmosphere. Staff very polite and gentle. At the reception, at breakfast restaurant, as well as cleaning ladies. You feel like living in a castle, comfy spacious room. So nice pool, quiet area. Nice starting spot for surroundings - Pompeii, Amalfi others. We felt so great, including 3yrs old son. You are doing great job!

Colazione abbondante, parcheggio privato e struttura accogliente e pulita. Staff professionale ma poco accogliente. Buono per soggiorni brevi.

La nostra stanza era palesemente una singola adattata a doppia, talmente piccola che se entrambi in piedi giravamo a malapena intorno al letto (avevamo prenotato una matrimoniale standard 20mq). Hanno poi lasciato un solo asciugamano anche se noi eravamo in coppia. Stanza poco insonorizzata.

Nice hotel with a paradise garden and pool

The attentiveness of staff, the room, the garden, the pool.. Great breakfast offer as well

There's nothing not to like about this hotel. But it is a bit off the beaten track, there's nothing to do around it, if you stay for longer than 1-2 days. Even so, I could easily spend there 3 days without any problem, just enjoying the garden and its pool

Very beautiful hotel. Very quiet. And personal was very nicely done.

Breakfast was good, but not enough variety of dishes. I can recommend this hotel only for travelers with a car. It is very far from public transport. And it is hard to travel by legs.

Good location, breakfast ok, poor English communication, not all facilities in use.

At check-in, we were lucky to have someone who could speak English. The other 2 times that we asked the reception for info (also during check-out), the staff didn't understand one word in English. Obviously, the hotel is located in a suburb around Naples and once arrived we could understand the hotel focusses on business travelers rather than tourists. But even then; you might assume the staff could communicate in English (at least the basics). The photos give you the idea that there are two swimming pools with chill-out areas. In reality only 1 pool was open for use; it was the one right next to the street where there is quite some heavy traffic. Nothing relaxing about that... When we asked if the second pool was open for use, we got a short 'no' and that was it... While you pay for all facilities the hotel has to offer. Breakfast is an extensive buffet, with lots of variety - that's definitely a plus. Though, two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs were ice cold. Our airconditioning was broken, we tried to explain this at check-out (we only stayed for 2 nights) but the lady at the desk thought we needed a car to the airport... We have the impression that the hotel often gets rented for festivities in the main hall, where all entrances of the hotel rooms are located as well. At the morning of our check-out there was lots of noise around 9am, staff blowing balloons and making more than 10 tables ready for a big party. I can only say I was happy that I didn't had to stay in or let aside sleep there that night or I could enjoy the music from the party as well...

Comfortable hotel convenient for airport.

Convenient for airport. Helpful staff when accommodating our room change. Rooms well equipped and nicely decorated. There was a good breakfast included.

We were initially in a room opening onto an atrium where an evening function was being held, and which was heard loudly in the room. Fortunately we were able to move rooms, but were surprised guests in these rooms are expected to tolerate this.

A first class experience!

The hotel was very comfortable and great for the airport. The room was an upgrade and was beautiful as it was totally newly redone. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The owner, Joseph, appears very proud of his hotel - as he should be!! We would definetely stay here again. We had a meal in the restaurant at night and it was very good. The whole hotel is excellently presented with great attention to detail and first class service.

Nice stay & good continental breakfast & super swimming pool

The hotel is really nice and maintained. The staff are very professional and friendly. We loved the swimming pool and the breakfast. The room was cleaned and made daily and had the most necessary stuff. Definitely recommended this hotel, but better with a car maybe.

The dinner was not worth it, too expensive for not great food or big enough portions. But you can always go 1 minute by walking to Essenza del gusto restaurant, where you eat very well and tastefully, thanks to Don Antonio and family.

Nice!

The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of desert, beautiful garden and pool, we enjoyed it a lot. Its close to everywhere: Naples, Vesuvius, Caserta, famous coast line... Good breakfast. Helpful staff - thank you! :)

Pillow was too hard for me. No vegetables for breakfast. Sad place around the hotel.

Would go back again

The staff were excellent and went completely out of their way to help us with any request, and were super friendly despite a fairly significant language barrier. The pool was the best pool I've ever swam in. Food and 24hr bar were excellent. Location was a little out of the way for visiting Naples - 30 min walk to train station then a 40min train, but Marigliano is a wonderful town full of friendly people at every establishment we went to

The only downside was slightly awkward getting into Naples but was still very manageable

excellent, would stay again

the location is perfect if you have a car. a easy 20 min drive to Napoli and also close to the Vesuvius. the place itself is an oasis. nice pool, wonderful dinner and a very helpful staf. we got a great tip to drive into Naples and park at the garage next to the Ramada hotel. nice rooms with a great airco (appreciated because we had 36 degrees Celsius.

we likes everything. maybe the breakfast could be a little better, but this feels only so, because the rest was so perfect.

Last Minute booking for family medical emergency and totally impressed with this place!

Last minute booking due to medical emergency involving my mom. Didn't know what to expect. Grounds were spotless and very clean! Front desk was friendly and answered all my questions also spoke English. I didn't get to use the pool because I was busy but it looked refreshing... next time! Morning breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. Air-condition in room didn't work on 2nd day and the front desk promptly fixed it. I'll be flying back/forth to Italy as mom recovers and will book this place again. (if available) Thanks for all your kind words regarding my moms condition during recovery.

Nice hotel outside of town

The room and breakfast were nice and the grounds and pool were very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located outside of the city and has a very suburban feel to the surrounding town. The hotel staff was very helpful with adjusting my room when the reservation only came through with three people, but we were four.

The hotel hosts a lot of events (weddings, parties, etc.) in their event space in the back bldg where most of their hotel rooms are. There was an event almost every evening we were there on the ground floor level of the atrium, so the noise made it difficult to go to bed early. With regard to the breakfast, I quickly realized that things were not restocked at breakfast. If you wanted to get some crepes or waffles for breakfast, for example, you needed to get there early because once the initial batch was gone, they wouldn't make anymore. Making a bit more food that was desired/ordered would have really improved the breakfast experience.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the breakfast was tasty.

The hotel was far from everything and it was a very busy road, so we couldn't even cross it to go to the restaurant on the other side.

Very clean and most of the personal in the reception did really there best to help you. Big nice swimming pool. Quite good restaurants in the arena, but you have to speak Italian or use Google translate:-)

The location wasn't that good, very expensive to get to neaples and no taxi won't drive you back.... Som of the personal in the reception don't know any English at all. Booked taxi to the airport throw the hotel and that was twice the price of normal cost......!!!! If there been some misunderstand or if it just was that experience i don't know, we had to get to the airport and the guy in the reception didn't know any language than Italian.

Not a 4 star hotel room

The hotel looks nice from outside. The reception and restaurant also looks pretty.

Our rooms wasn't a 4 star hotel room. The room is smaller that in photos. The bathroom was dated and not that clean... The mini fridge wasn't working while we were out. So we paid for a 4 star hotel but stayed in a 2 star room.

The pools and garden are really nice. Overall good value for the money.

Breakfast is quite poor and the stuff serving was overwhelmed. They don't speak English and it is difficult to communicate.

Beautiful spot- salty restaurant

Beautiful place and great staff!

Restaurant was very expensive. $30eu for a small second dish with potatoes, a water and a dessert. Was tasty but quite abusing price for this days that you don’t have options in small places with covid situation.

Excellent stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Due to COVID we were asked each day to what we would like for the next morning as there was no buffet service. The room was clean and a good size and are request for a cot for our child was met and prepare on arrival. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area
