Great location & plenty of room

Lots of room great location just minutes from the airport train & walking distance to everything. Washing machine & dishwasher was great Good view of the port Mehdi gave great instructions & answered any issues

Logement bruyant passable pour 1 nuit mais pas plus

La localisation centrale pour les visites.

Il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois le propriétaire qui n'a pas répondu, aller voir une perau commerce d'à côté qui nous a gentiment aidé et au bout d'une demi heure nous avons pu voir quelqu'un et déposer nos bagages. Le logement est très très bruyant, il y a de gros travaux juste en dessous, bruit de marteau piqueur. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette et les toilettes étaient peu propres.

Great location and excellent host, perfect for a short or long stay. Would recommend!

Great location near several points of interest in the city and good eating locations. Host was friendly, very responsive and helpful. Apartment was immpecably clean and well-maintained.

Kitchen was missing a few basic spices (namely sugar), but our stay was for only one night and this did not affect our stay significantly.

The apartment itself is serviceable, nice, clean, and comfortable. Clean, modern.

You may want to know more about the area when booking. It is next door to a 5-star Accor hotel (with free wifi in the lobby, which may be important when checking in), as well as another 5-star hotel under construction (another couple of years of that work to go...). The entry is on the back side of the building indicated by the owner, where the construction workers congregate on breaks. Nothing wrong with that, it just isn't indicated in the information about the apartment. It's a bit hectic, a bit noisy, a bit messy, there aren't clear sidewalks to get to the apartment building. The building is definitely older. One of the three elevators was working when we stayed. Well, except when it kept getting stuck between floors zero and one. There is salt and pepper in the kitchen, and a few stray tea bags from previous stays. Use caution in the shower, with a slick black marble flooring on a rather steep angle; if you have balance issues and like showering, this may present an unreasonable risk to you. It was indeed indicated that we could check in prior to regular check-in time of 1400, if no guest was there the previous night. Months in advance, we asked this. We had not heard back that we could not check in at our requested 1100 when the train from Marrakech arrived, so showed up. After using the free wifi at the hotel next door and having the building doorman find the owner on his personal cell, we were advised to come at 1400 as there was indeed an earlier tenant. Reasonably fair, and the doorman safely locked our bags in a closet while we wandered the medina for food and to kill three hours, but the communication for check-in was lacking. Super happy about the washing machine, and the clothes-drying rack. Oh, and Squala is the only good restaurant in the area. The medina can be slightly sketchy compared to souks in some other cities. Definitely try Squala.

Fabulous place to stay in Casablanca.

The location close to everything we wanted to see in Casablanca. Super clean and modern. Lovely owner, Medhi, who gave us great tips to make the most of our time. We’ve already rebooked our next stay.

A great place to stay situated in a perfect part of town.

This Airbnb is a five minute walk from Casa Port. The apartment itself is very comfortable with everything you need. Great bed, nice hot shower, spacious living room and kitchen. The communication was perfect. All in all we recommend this place highly.

it is surrounded by construction at the moment, which might be intimidating to some.

Super close to the train station and walking distance to some restaurants and sights. Apt was well equipped.

Housekeeping needed to be more vigilant, but owner said he would address the issue. Some people may not like the construction going on outside building, but the apt. itself was quiet.

Very pleasant stay - nice apartment in very central location.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped, including washing machine. The location is close to the Old Medina and within walking distance of nearly everything in the downtown area. Communication with the host was easy and responsive via WhatsApp. The host's friend Karim drove us from and to the airport for a reasonable fee, and he also checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful, including recommending eateries in the neighborhood.

Great and recommended.

The host was great, thank you so much. The apartment is clean, tidy and in a great location. The outside of the building is poor but that doesn't detract me from staying there.

I think the apartment would really benefit from a booklet. I.e. Welcome to the apartment, emergency contact numbers, what is contained in the apartment, i.e. iron, teas and coffees, instructions to use television etc. It was not a problem for me as the host was very accommodating and answered my queries by phone. However, it would stop people contacting him.

We had two nights in this apartment and were very pleased with all it had to offer. Communications via WhatsApp with the owner and Karim were very swift. Karim who collected us from the train station Casa-Voyageurs, via look at the Hassan II Mosque to the apartment for a small charge was excellent. He gave us an introduction to the area and explained how everything in the apartment operated and was always on call if required. The apartment is a really good size and had everything we required. Twenty minute walk to the mosque which is highly recommended, Medina only minutes away as is the Casa Port train station. There is a little supermarket just around the corner. There is a/c and heating as required. Bed was comfortable and it had good WiFi. You should be aware that there is a major hotel refurbishment alongside the apartment, however this did not cause us any inconvenience. (There seems to be construction all over Cassablanca from what we saw). In summary, a good comfortable apartment, good value and you will be well looked after by Karim for anything you require.

I stayed a number of nights in two different apartments. The host tried his best to accomodate my needs. The second apartment was not as good as the first one. Shower tray blocked, kitchen not as stocked etc. However, overall was good.

A very clean and modern luxury apartment in the perfect location, not far from Casa Port train station. The area was very safe and the hosts extremely kind. I would stay here again next time.

Big Appartment with TV and washing machine. There could be some more cutlery and dishes. Karim was very friendly. The sheets and towels were clean.

The floor wasn't really clean, so you had to wear shoes inside. This could be better, otherwise we have nothing to mention.

Nice and very central appartment very close to the train station and old medina, we just spent one night and couldn't use all the features and equipment.

The declared view of the city was substantially obscured by an ugly unfinished construction just in front of the windows. The elevator was pretty scarry compared to european expectation. The host obviously doesn't live around, but has a friend in the house managing keys and visitors.

Lovely place and a fabulous deal!

We absolutely loved this property located next to the Sofitel and a stone's throw from Casa Port train station. It was large and comfortable, and our communications with Mehdi and check in with Karim were smooth and easy. The washing machine was a big bonus and we loved visiting the local Marjane and then kicking back with snacks and Netflix after a full day enjoying Casablanca. Thank you!

Great apartment in a good location with a very comfortable bed & pillows. Everything was clean. Good value for money & communication from owner was always a quick response. You will love to feel at home in this apartment

Could have had a few more cutlery in kitchen for those that wish to eat there. We only ate breakfast there. So it was OK for us

Excellent stay in perfect apartment

1. Everything <3 2. Apartment: Apartment was awesome! It was very spacious and looked new. 3. Contact with host: Excellent! The contact is very fluently, the host answers in a few minute by WhatsApp. Instructions of getting the key and getting to the apartment are prepared very well with for example photos. Flexible time of check-in. Fluently English. 4. Cleanliness: Perfect! Everything was clean. And most of things looked absolutely new, especially kitchen and bedroom. 5. Heat: There were air-conditioning/heater, which works very well. There was always hot water in the shower. 6. Equipment: there was hair dryer and soap. There were no towels. In the kitchen is toaster! :D 7. Localisation: Very good. 5 minutes by feet to the see. 8. Parking: near apartment is a lot of parking places 9. It is 16th floor so the view from the window is absolutely amazing!

Mehdi is a nice host, very helpful and reacts efficiently to any query. he eases the stay of the guest by his advices and addresses of good restaurants. Without hesitation, Mehdi's place is the best in Casablanca. 100 % recommended. Mehdi's appartment is well arranged and located in strategic place just 5 min walking from Casa port train station , where you can take directly the train to airport Mohamed 5. Thanks again Mehdi.
