Looked like the pictures! But AC was loud and annoying! This unit is partially in the basement so there wasn't really any good windows and there wasn't a view at all.

Property was clean and perfect location.

Everything great was except getting locked out while loading up vehicle and taking out garbage with phone and purse still in apartment. It wasn’t quite 11 when we loaded up. A reminder that it will change the code right at 11 would be ideal.

Great location close to campus! Great communication with property manager. The building is old and the hallways are sort of dark and needed attention. The apt was very clean but quite dated. I thought of the places my kids lived while they were in college. It was equipped with everything we needed!

Our intention was to visit KSU for our final visit before our son attends in the fall of 2024 and give him the college lifestyle after his Freshman year and this property hit on all points.
Loved the location to campus and Aggieville, community feel and the property was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a stay of a few days to weeks, highly recommended.

We recently moved to Manhattan, KS connected to a job at the University and are living in temporary housing. This Aggieville hideaway was a great option for a place to stay for our college age son who came to visit us over the winter break from his college in Pennsylvania. He really enjoyed it! It gave him some privacy and wiggle room (now that he is used to living on his own) and he loved the proximity to Aggieville and the taste of life as a K-Stater that he experienced during his visit. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great property and location.

I was here for a wedding & visiting old friends. This is a great location for walking to/from Aggieville. I didn’t do any cooking but certainly could have — kitchen is geared with most cookware. Living room & bedroom were clean and comfy, bed was a little softer than I’m used to but that was fine. Everything was clean and in working order.
There are a few steps up to the building door & then a few more down to this semi-basement apartment, so not for folks who can’t do that. Apartment door lock is a keypad, which was very convenient.
FYIs — take the driveway slow & at an angle, or you’ll scrape the bottom of your car. Oh, and take care in the shower — the floor is completely smooth.
Thanks for the easy & affordable stay!

Great place to stay. Located just around the corner from Kansas State University. Very close to restaurants, stores etc. Very quiet, has all you need. Great communication with owner :)

The apartment was fully furnished with quality items from the pots and pans and utensils in the kitchen, the bedding and towels and even toilet paper in the bathroom!
It was nicer than hotels I've visited at much higher nightly rated and those places also offered fewer amenities.
Having the kitchen was the icing on the cake, because I was able to prepare a couple of homecooked meals for our grandson, who's attending KSU.
Communication with the property manager was quick and easy through the website.

the property was in a convenient location with much to do around the area, but the one problem i did have was that the shower did not work

Aggie Ville Hideaway stay
The location was great, close to campus and downtown and it did not smell of smoke. The building was quiet even though the washer and dryer were (conveniently) located right outside in the hallway. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that 6 quarters were needed for each load. The place was adequately furnished and supplied including two TVs, reasonably comfortable bed, access to Netflix., dish soap, bath soap, Shampoo and cream rinse and towels. A lack of clean dish sponges and a broken window shade were quickly replaced once reported. Cleaning was rated adequate given no clean sponges, only a kitchen trash bag provided, crumbs in the couch and under the silverware tray, and spilled material under the same tray.

Fine apartment for a short stay
A one bedroom basement apartment walking distance to Aggieville. Would have preferred a balcony or patio space. Hallway had a weird, old person smell and loud washing machines running continuously. No dishwasher. We called maintenance when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower. The property manager answered promptly and explained how to work it. Kitchen had most furnishings but no corkscrew. Easy check in and out process. No frills good stay. They give you plenty of K cups for coffee

A Long Weekend in Manhattan
We picked the property for it's proximity to everything we like to do in Manhattan (which includes playing with our 4 year-old grandson). It lived up to its billing. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and well-located. We were there for 4 days and have no complaints. The hostess was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property. I will stay there again if the hostess will have us. We intend to be in Manhattan with some frequency as my son is stationed Ft. Riley for the next 3 years. For those of you who have visited Manhattan, Kansas, give it a try. There's more to do there than you think and the food scene is pretty good.

Quaint Place
My experience was short and sweet. It was perfect for a night away for work. I did find it odd that there were new closet doors (in package) set in the bedroom.
