Super séjour, personnel très à l’écoute nous étions arrivé dans une chambre avec des lits séparer je n’avais pas fait exprès de réserver des twin bed au lieu d’un grand lit on nous a directement changer de chambre, nous avons garer notre parking P6 et -50% sur le ticket à chaque fois que nous allions chercher la voiture , arrêt de métro juste à côté également

Problème d’eau chaude le premier jour mais ça a été vite régler

Ce Novotel sort du rang

Excellent accueuil, personnel tres attentif, bonne ambiance, restaurant Rose agreable, avec un certain raffinement dans les plats que malheureusement on ne trouve plus dans beaucoup de Novotel

Le sol collant a l'heure du petit dejeuner, plusieurs jours de suite l'accueuil sous une espece de tente, et sans comptoir, pas tres agreable et un peu au milieu du passsage

Der Aufenthalt im Novotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach war hervorragend. Sehr schöne Aussicht u. a. auf den Eiffelturm. Im Zimmer war es schön ruhig. Wasserspender auf der Etage war sehr angenehm.

Die Pfannkuchen beim Frühstück waren kalt. Wesentlich besser wäre es, sie nach und nach zu backen, damit man immer warme vorfindet. Mehr Deutsche Fernsehprogramme, insbesondere ARD + ZDF wäre schön. Deutschsprachiges Hotel-Personal wäre wichtig.

Felt unsafe, especially for a family with little children.

The area is lively for a hotel that is part of a convention center. The hotel itself is OK.

The hotel has lax security. We had an incident at the hotel and we needed to see the lobby security camera, but it was not working!

Clean, modern hotel with nice amenities and very good breakfast. A bit pricey but overall worth it for our family of 5. Short walk (around 0.25 mile) to Metro stop. Easy for travelers.

Le fait que soit demandé dès l'arrivée une autorisation CB avec 500€ de plus que le montant du sejour.. Sachant qu'avec Booking la CB est déjà enregistrée.. j'ai du augmenter sur place le plafond de ma CB... malaise avec le réceptionniste ..on sent le manque de confiance... Un peu bruyant également : dès 7h30 le matin, 1er janvier inclus (je n'ai pas pu déterminer qui trainait des meubles chaque matin au dessus de nos têtes... Le restaurant étant au 8eme et nous au 6eme...peut être le personnel de ménage ?)

Maten i restauranten på toppen av hotellet

Noe laber velkomst av personale som snakket dårlig engelsk. Det sto et "Safari telt" i lobbyen som ansatte satt å koste seg i hver gang vi kom inn i resepsjonsområdet, akkompagnert av et lite ektefølt smil å mer en følelse av at man plager dem om man skulle finne på å spørre om noe. Ikke tilgjengelig glass på rommet, kun pappkopp som fungerer svært dårlig om man skulle ønske å nyte et glass vin før middag. Lite spennende nærområde, noe selvfølgelig ikke hotellet kan klandres for. Det eneste plusset med hotellet var vel restauranten i toppetasjen, som virkelig hadde nydelig mat. Selv om personalet her også hadde begrensede engelskkunnskaper sammen med mangel på meny på engelsk ble det en spennende opplevelse. Ville ikke bodd her igjen, og heller ikke anbefalt det videre.

Definitely recommend this hotel. ~Great location, nice ambiance, helpful staff.

We didn't take any meals at the hotel so can not comment but were disappointed that the coffee shop was not open.

Truly loved the relaxed welcome but it was confusing that there was no reception desk so difficult to deal with checkin. Also our booking was missing and it took a while to sort it out but the staff handled it well and were helpful and polite whilst we waited.
