Secure packing for two cars in double lock up garage and on street parking.

The accommodation was far beyond our expectations with ample cooling, space for everyone to come together and also own quite time areas. Very comfortable beds, and so much entertainment provided including retro arcade games, large TVs, pool, bikes, surf boards etc etc... I had search over many homes suitable for my son's special needs, and this one ticked all boxes, with lots of planning in the making for this special trip from Melbourne ,specifically to enjoy the waves at the surf beach which was a huge success. Mark was very kind and responsive to our requests, checking in to see how we were travelling. We highly recommend the Burleigh Beach Pad and hope to one day stay again.

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Burleigh Beach Pad. The outdoor entertaining area adjoining the pool provided the perfect setting for our family get-together. The location allowed for pristine morning coastal walks. We were thrilled with the special personal touch of a welcome message and chocolates and the use of exceptional kitchenware and appliances. This is a beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house that we look forward to visiting again.

This house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and so much more. The house has gone above and beyond with such things as bikes to ride, board games, toys for the little ones, beach towels, and toiletries, to name a few. The communication with Mark was great and he accommodated to our request so kindly. The beds are super comfy. We would like to visit again one day. The house is located in a very good place - close to the beach and the shops. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with pool, surf boards, bikes, games and more! Stunning entertaining areas, modern and fun house. Walking distance to Burleigh township, shops, restaurants, beach and shopping centre. You won’t need anything else and will love your stay. We didn’t want to leave. Hosts are lovely.

Mark & Karin were excellent hosts. The property was as described and had all the amenities we could ever want. Checking into the property was easy with clear instructions on how to access the front gate and keys to the front door. The cleanliness of the property was immaculate. We loved our stay here. The house was perfectly set up with all the essentials you need for a family trip. The outdoor space was secure and great for our pup to move about. The kids loved the pool and parks nearby too. Close to the beach, cafes and shops but far enough away to have peace & quiet.

What a wonderful place to stay with our family and old dog. The house was amazing, definitely needed the pool. We loved being in the quiet suburbs walking our dog in local parks. The Burleigh beach pad was better than we expected! The photos don’t do it justice. The house and pool are well maintained and comfortable for our group of adults and children. The pantry was stocked with staples, there was ample cleaning supplies. Mark and Karin were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’d all very happily go back. The location is great too, walking distance to James St shopping and eating precinct.

Great destination and house if you’re looking for a day in the pool or day at the beach! Very spacious setup for family of 6. Owners very helpful. Great outdoor areas to enjoy a bbq, beer and balmy Queensland night with the family. Plenty of tellys to keep all guests entertained. International guests loved the cooling in each room. Great location to experience the heart of Burleigh heads. Will definitely be back in the future!

I would like to give an outstanding compliment on the great holiday house pad, the size of the house is beyond expectations with the fantastic entertainment area overlooking the pool area, the large space area and the sizing of the room is immaculate. The kitchen area which looks out onto the front deck area is just absolutely stunning. I definitely recommend this holiday house for a large family stay. The location is perfect just a walk away from the shops and beach. Communication with the property managers is outstanding, I will definitely return to this Holiday House in the near future.

Great location

The property was presented immaculately. In a great location. Easy walk to the Supermarket, Beach and James Street shops. The hosts were easy to get along with and were very responsive to a few minor repairs that were required. Having some coffee pods and a few pantry staples on our arrival was a really nice touch. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it as a great place to stay, and dog friendly which was a bonus.

The property is wonderful. Big, spacious with plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. We were particularly impressed with how pet friendly the property is - very secure (usually our main concern) and located close to parks/beaches etc for a walk. The owners Mark and Karin are fabulous hosts and ensure every thing is provided for convenience even the salt and pepper. A beautifully presented property that made our stay very enjoyable, loved it and we (and our pooches) will definitely be back.

My family and I (all adult) enjoyed our time immensely. It was the perfect launching pad for day trips on the Gold Coast. We all agree to have a really nice pool to use was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

Large & comfortable this place is ideal for couples and families. Ideally located - only minutes to the local shopping centre and close to many of the attractions that adorn the Gold Coast. Being Pet Friendly was a major 'plus'. Our fur baby thoroughly enjoyed his holiday as well!!. Thoughtful touches such as sunscreen and basic condiments were appreciated as these are often forgotten when traveling. If opportunity arises - we would have no hesitancy in booking the property again. Highly recommended!!.

Six of us enjoyed a wonderful week long getaway at Burleigh Waters in this fabulous home. The house was perfect for our stay and was only a short drive to the main precinct, Burleigh beach and Tallebudgera dog beach- great location!! We’ll definitely be back!!
