Vista Verde East Isla Del Sol - meaning Island of the Sun, is an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg and St Pete Beach, Florida. This island community has many different condo neighborhoods each with beautiful tropical landscaping, heated pools, spas, clubhouses, some with private beaches and water views everywhere you look. Biking and walking trails will take you from your condo to the Shopper's Village and around the golf course of the private Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club.
'The Island' is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters and the many beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort DeSoto Park and Fort DeSoto's North Beach, voted one of America's top beaches. Tons of shops, restaurants and many exciting things to do are just a short drive across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Blvd. Explore historic Pass-a-Grille beach and the bustling St Pete Beach or drive up the coast following Gulf Blvd through Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Shores all the way to Clearwater Beach to see what adventures you may find! It's also just a quick drive to I-275 to the experience all that Downtown St Petersburg has to offer.
St. Pete Beach, the most southern link in a chain of barrier islands that make up the Tampa Bay Sun Coast, offers residents and visitors miles of pristine white sandy beaches that border the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. St. Pete Beach, formerly known as St. Petersburg Beach, has a wide variety of accommodations ranging from large scale resorts to the classic Florida mom and pop vintage motels that bring back memories of old Florida. The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the “City of St. Petersburg Beach.” In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to “St. Pete Beach” to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east.
The City of St. Pete Beach is located just off the Pinellas County mainland of Saint Petersburg, just south of Treasure Island, 20 miles from Clearwater Beach and within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. With year-round sunshine, an abundance of recreational activities, restaurants, and shopping, St. Pete Beach is one of the most enjoyable places to live and vacation, in the world.
Unit is secluded from the Suncoast Trolley line but is Uber and Lyft friendly.

It was good mostly. I was out and visiting my friends each day; my daughter came to spend weekend with me. People upstairs stomped around until 1-2 in the morning; so it was hard to sleep. Would recommend if you fall asleep easily and stay asleep. Took two days to figure out tv remote. I would recommend some instructions on your book.

The apartment appeared to be newly renovated and kept in very nice condition. The beds were comfortable and the furnishing created a soothing, bright environment. We found everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The community is quiet and seemed to be well run too.

The overall cleanliness of the property wasn't up to our standards.
The pool was dirty & during our stay we didn't see it cleaned once .
No instructions on how anything worked including access & egress from the property.
Beds were uncomfortable.

Relax in beauty on your terms
The condo was beautiful, spacious and had everything needed. The back pond with the lit fountain immediately relaxed. Access to pool and hot tub was excellent and never busy.
Access to stores, restaurants and beaches was never more than 5-10 minutes away ( unless you wanted to further ).
I275 was easy to access which let's you travel anywhere quickly.
Perfect stay.

Relaxing vacation stay
Loved this condo! Modern & updated with a nice view from the patio! Soft towels, plenty of hangers, extra pillows and every kitchen appliance we needed! Great neighborhood for our daily walk and less than a 1 1/2 miles from the Gulf! Everyone at the office was so kind and very helpful!

Fantastic
What a wonderful unit! The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and is well stocked. The bathrooms are updated with newer vanities with a tub shower in master and walk-in shower off the guest bedroom. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout except for bedrooms. Comfortable furniture in living room to watch TV or read that favorite book. We look forward to booking this unit again next year. The staff at Sandy Beach are very helpful in making your stay a good one.

Great Spot!
My husband and teen son and I spent the week at this adorable condo. It was not only very clean but comfortable. The decor is well done and makes it feel homey. We had a couple of issues that were quickly resolved by Sandy Beach Vacation staff, and nothing about the place itself. Beds were comfy. It’s close to St Pete beach and access to the highway to get downtown St Petersburg and other spots.

Stunning condo, nice people
We had a lovely time in 111. The property sold between the time we booked the reservation and when we stayed . They honored our reservation. Decorated cute, basic essentials were provided & the property managers were easy to work with. We would go back to stay there.

perfect getaway
This is our second time staying here - we love it! This unit is welcoming and is immaculate. The view of the pond is relaxing, we enjoy going for walks along the palm tree-lined streets. The pool and Jacuzzi are right across the parking lot area and the private beach area is the best little secret!!! Can't wait to come back again.

Heavenly
Beautifully renovated and very clean! We felt like we were at home. Loved the assortment of books. We did have a problem with tiny tiny ants in the kitchen. We would definitely rent this condo again! Had to call Sandy Beach a few times for minor issues and they were very fast to respond.

Fantastic
Walked into newly renovated condo with brand new appliances; which was fantastic! Had a nice relaxing feel to it with view of pond and fountain outside. Beds are very comfortable and baths had excellent water pressure which is a plus. Nice and clean, definitely recommend! Parking was directly in front of entrance! Pool easy walk away and very close to St Pete Beach and restaurants. Beautiful, safe, golf course community with amazing palm lined streets, and lots of security on golf carts.
