We had a memorable stay!

Fantastic locations. Breakfast was wonderful and the service the best! Pool and spa areas were great.

Bar staff were slow and unfriendly. The aircon was not working well. The pillows were worn flat.

Tolles Hotel mit hohem Erholungsfaktor

Sehr gute Lage, 2 Minuten von der Strandpromenade und trotzdem etwas abseits vom Trubel. Super schöne Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen und Grünflächen, eine Erholungsoase. Gutes Restaurant und sehr nette Mitarbeitende.

Superb

Great surroundings - great and a hotel luxury decoration style. The bar is amazing and cozy.

The double bed should have been mounted so the 2 single beds could not separate - but it was a very minor issue. Else everything was perfect

nice but they need to improve.

the hotel is in a fabulous location, set in fantastic grounds. the pool is a good size.

the air con in the room didn’t work, the terrace was very hot at breakfast and dinner time. also, the hotel wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.

Excellent hotel with cozy athmosphere

My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is on walking distance from the beach of Port de Soller. The historical building and the green environment make for a cozy athmosphere. The room was spacious, very clean and had all needed facilities. The breakfast was excellent and had all you can possibly wish for. There is a large swimming pool with an abundance of sun beds, as well as a wellness area with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam to relax after a hike. Moreover, the private car park, which was free of charge, is very handy. Lastly, the hotel's staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. I can 100% recommend this hotel. Not the cheapest hotel in the area, but it was totally worth it.

A delightful oasis of calm minutes from the beach

The hotel sits in a delightful garden just minutes from the sea. The staff were all very helpful. The bar serves drinks and food from noon and provided an excellent service. The restaurant Es Figueres was excellent.

The bathroom was a little dated and the Wi-Fi was not consistent. But neither of these things would deter a return visit!

Amazing bar with great decoration, fire place, couches … outstanding settings and confort. Amazing staff, at the reception , bar, restaurant and kitchen. Very nice spa. Beautiful old building.

I think matteresses/bed quality could be improved.

Extremely relaxing

A little oasis right in the heart of Port de Soller Beautiful grounds and facilities

My only issue would be the staff at breakfast They cleared the tables constantly, leaving you without spoons , knives everything If you left the table to get more of something your plate was cleared although had food on it !

Excellent, we will be back!

The hotel was beautiful. Full of rustic old charm but all in good modern and sympathetic condition. The pool isn’t heated so didn’t use, but I’m not a huge swim fan in any case. Excellent breakfasts.

The only downside was that one night there was a live band on and it was very loud. I’m all for live music and no major problem, it was just a bit too much but it was only one night. Otherwise it was peace and serenity.

We stayed on spa side of the hotel in a superior room for 3. The beds were awful!

The hotel ambience was excellent. The place was super clean. Our dinner by the pool was very good and server Bia was excellent!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible. I woke up with my shoulders and neck aching.

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

The location is beautiful right in the centre of town. The hotel has a lovely ambience. We stayed in one of the rooms in the turret which was a nice experience. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very friendly.

Large friendly hotel in a great location in Port de Soller

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel has a really good location in Port de Soller with a supermarket next door for water and supplies.

Hotel was bigger than we expected and busy on arrival with lots of children in the pool and nowhere to sit by the pool. Breakfast was good but also busy.

Very happy to leave

I booked a junior suite 6 months in advance. In booking I emailed the hotel to specify a room & request a nice view. I had neither. My room was a double at best. it was in a separate building to the main hotel which had beautiful rooms, standard rooms that were far more spacious than ours & all modern facilities & details in the room. my bathroom didn’t have a window or even a shower curtain. I had terrace which overlooked roofs & a main road & a window that overlook the path to the pool so we couldn’t even have the curtains open. The rooms air conditioning was so old I had to request a fan (several times) because it was unbelievably hot. We also had to request a mirror in the room which I would expect to be in all hotel rooms. I complained about my room & was shown one other very small alternative. We were told there were no other rooms in the hotel to change to but we had sever friends also staying one of whom even received an upgrade! Add to this, we found the almost all the staff incredibly unhelpful & rude.

Liked it so much I have already rebooked

Check in was easy fast and informative ,our room was a joy .Breakfast was a delight with well trained happy staff loads of clean white linen and great food even fresh oranges to squeze. Evenings with some entertainment . I have just rebooked as it was the best holiday I have had out of the five I took in diffrent parts of Spain this year. Many Thanks to all at Es Port

really stunning location and grounds. the general ambience in evening candles everywhere so lovely and characterful.

bedrooms basic but clean. could do with upgrade . prefer a shower with screen than over bath with curtain.

Beautiful location

The spread of choices at breakfast was very wide ranging. We booked a junior suite which had fabulous views. Excellent meal at the Pirates restaurant. We didn’t try the hotel evening buffet or restaurant.
