Lighting in lift and common corridor should be bright. The lighting is too dim in these area. Shower in room nbr 945 - hot water heater is not working very well. The hot water is cold even turn to max. The rain shower is not working. The cabinet for keeping minibar, coffee making provide awkward movement that you need to keep opening the cabinet door inorder to utilise it. Having a huge cabinet near the bed area doesn't seem to give the room a space breathing feel.

Overall the hotel is nice, better sound proof or policy for loud noises would be better

The design is nice and the bed is comfortable

I could hear loud sound from other room and lower floor. I was there for a transit and was hoping to have a nice sleep but I couldnt sleep well because it was quite disturbing. It was around 12am

Nice and quiet

Close to new attractions in the same area and the airport. It is about thirty minutes or forty-five minutes away from other places inside Jakarta, such as malls. The employees are cheerful and helpful. The hotel is quiet and connected to the mall

Perfect location for last night in Jakarta

The kingsize bed is extremely comfortable. Staff is pleasant and courteous. We booked this hotel for our last night in Jakarta to be in close proximity of the airport. The location next to the PIK Avenue shopping mall is perfect for last minute shopping. A lot of restaurants in the surroundings and Pantjoran PIK Chinatown is only a short taxi ride away. Very nice pool and gym and we were able to wait and shower here before our evening flight.

Toilet hygiene was terrible. Grime and moss levels was like no toilet cleaning was done for a year. Found cum stains on the bedsheet. Basin was clogged. Toilet bowl had a strong sewage smell. Reno / interior design defects: study table was positioned below the TV but it had a tall standing table lamp. Hence, the ridiculous outcome was that the lamp was shining its light just above the TV screen, reducing its LCD quality. These were basic expectations even for a 3* hotel and were not found in a 5* hotel.

Very pleasant stay in an international atmosphere.

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent international hotel located next to a mall. The breakfast really stands out as something special. You can spend hours picking new food and delicacies. The staff is very helpful and kind.

Only minus is that the air condition in the room was much too cold, and I was not able to shot it down or make it any warmer.

I dont think the hotel reflect the quality of real 5 star ; not align to value for money.

Location . Part of swissotel Group. Room is clean.

I am frequent traveler. Receptionist(man) didn't treat me as special (except Abighail/lady when i checked-out) one, breakfast menu is not really reflect 5 star hotel (choice is not much) as my experience in other hotels, staff at Chinese National restaurant not all proactive friendly and serve from heart. For 5 star hotel; quality of staff is below my expectation; staff do it, not because from heart but transactional.

Newish property, nice furnishing, next to a mall. I can imagine staying there if I’m next in Jakarta for business.

could have done with more detail oriented staff. My takeaway breakfast was missing the main course, they lost track of my luggage and didn’t send it to my room until much much later.

great family holiday - excellent service in this hotel

in easy reach of the airport. staff were very friendly and helpful from check in all the way to check out. Food was of a high standard. pool was lovely. Also because the hotel was fully booked our suite rooms got upgraded to higher level suite which was greatly appreciated. Lounge was very nice and staff the weekend we stayed were really lovely and accommodating.

we stayed over a holiday period (Eid) so check out was extremely busy (not the hotel’s fault) as was the pool. Tiny things like not replacing tea bags and not enough towels when the room was booked for 3 pax, however they were very prompt when requesting more towels. lounge not available for children during the week which I was not aware of when booking. I would likely not have booked had I known: perhaps after 7pm would be acceptable but surely not during the day!

Great room, huge bed, attentive Staff.

Card terminal in reception did not accept 3 of my Visa and Mastercard cards. Then went to a cashpoint in the PIK Avenue shopping centre and it retained my UK Bank Card. Not happy with this
