Location was great. House was fully equipped with everything we needed. Lovely and clean. Wonderful deck where we could relax.
Pictures showed 4 steps up to the house. When we arrived there were 11 steps up to these steps. We were travelling with a person who has mobility issues which made it difficult for him.

Lovely & clean, very comfortable
The directions to the property were a little bit hard to figure out but we got there in the end.

Lovely view enhanced by 16 ceiling to floor windows. Great for summer holiday. Well fitted out house. Large kitchen, dining lounge room. 2 separate lounges. Lovely verandah with BBQ.
Steep narrow driveway. Cold house inside. Inefficient heating for winter occupancy. No curtains in living/dining area to keep heat in. 2 Bathrooms need to be fitted with heated towel racks for winter occupancy.

Location was fantastic. plenty of room for the four of us. Beautiful views from front windows and deck. House had everything we needed.
one of the bedroom heaters didn’t work. The property team tried to rectify but was unable to. The stairs going up to the house from the car are quite steep and there is no railing. You might want to let people know in case they have mobility issues.

The location and views were perfect. The staff at Freycinet Holiday Houses Team were very accommodating. The house was comfortable for 5 people sharing.
Some of the Coffee/Tea mugs need to be replaced.

The view was fantastic.
The mattresses were very poor quality. Also, the underwood mattress protector was not fitted correctly, which means it most likely wasn’t changed between guests.

The location was perfect for checking out what the region has to offer. When we weren’t visiting the sights we were so comfortable and soaked in that view!
it would have been handy to have instructions to use the bedroom heaters, we just couldn’t work them out.

The view was magnificent. Not sure if the possum who visited us on the decking at night was a regular or not, but she was extremely tame
The steep driveway to access the property

Wow, what an amazing view!! Good place to stay with family, including a toddler, although watch the stairs and table edges. Plenty of room, two couches, nice deck, oh and did i mention the view. Loved the way the heater was on and the music was going when we arrived.
No level access, but no problem for us.

For a last minute booking it was lovely and unexpected, on a cold day it was lovely to arrive to pre warmed house!
Great clean beds, smart TV, tea and coffee, fabulous view, spacious - could not of had a better place!

The views from the deck were great. Very spacious lounge room. Very clean and kitchen was adequate. Heating in lounge good.
Steps up to entrance. No clothes line or dryer. No where to hang clothes in queen bedroom. Very little storage.

The views were amazing, and the design of the house was very well thought out. Whilst the driveway was very steep, the parking area was great, and the house was very liveable.
The driveway was a little bit steep, and it was not wheelchair accessible, but for us it was fine.
Also, the outdoor sensor light was very bright, and right outside one of the bedroom windows.

The view is amazing to wake up to. Was very clean on arrival and had no issues with any of the facilities. Wifi was fast and reliable and the heat pump heated the house quickly on chillier nights/mornings. Overall, really enjoyed my stay at Blue Gum.
