Отличный отель для путешествий и хорошего настроения

Отель очень уютный, тихий и чистый. У нас был номер с балконом, вид просто шикарный. Персонал дружелюбный, с готовностью откликались, когда нужна была помощь. Завтраки скромные, но вкусные. Вполне можно выбрать, что вам по вкусу (если ваша цель получить удовольствие, а не искать недостатки))

Далековато от старого города, если идти пешком (на такси можно доехать за 3$ минут за 10). Поэтому минус очень мелкий

Comfortable, clean and friendly. Good value.

Its clean and a spacious room with aircon.

The windows on the topfloor had no curtains.(budgetroom only) They were glassblocks, very pretty. But it made sleeping a little hard during when it was still light as I had to catch a nightflight.

Nice design but very terrible service!

Interesting nice design. Not a bad breakfast.

Uncomfortable bathroom has a shower with no water temperature control. Had to shower using very hot water. Uncomfortable faucet. Broken telephone which is impossible to call. Lack of power outlets near the table impossibility to charge a laptop impossible to work due to lack of electricity near the work area. Also to my complaints about some of the inconveniences the receptionist was not polite. I will not come back to this hotel next time because I had very unpleasant impressions.

Warmly welcomed

Amazing hospitality, nicely welcomed with a bottle of water and airconditioning.

Breakfast only started at 9:30, no solution for early travellers provided

Nice hotel in the suburbs of the city

The room is nice, the staff is welcoming and answered any question or request we had The hotel is in the suburbs of Tbilisi so if someone wants to enjoy the city center it is a problem. It suited us because the next day we wanted to go on a trip outside Tbilisi and we wanted a hotel outside the center

She is an employee who always deals nicely, so I tell her thank you for everything

Natie is very helpful but she speaks very little English and yet she’s trying her best to communicate. breakfast is very simple and it was ok.

there’s a bad smell coming from the toilet. the exhaust is not working properly.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, location and staff! Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights and it was one of the best experiences for us. The hotel is charming building with great location in the "Old Town" area of Tbilisi. Easy walk to the city center. What really made the hotel stand out was the staff. They were all extremely accommodating and nice, especially reception staffs who were very helpful and gave us some nice recommendations around Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in Tbilisi Comes in the middle and close to everything. Me and my family have visited Georgia twice and we have stayed in Victoria inn Tbilisi hotel that's how much we loved it. Loved it's location. Loved the staff. They are very friendly and amazing and great 24 hrs room service. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The hotel itself is cosy. You feel like you are home. If you are balconies lover they have very big balconies to sit and relax. The breakfast and the menu have a good variety. The food is very good quality and tasty.especially we loved their Pizza Loved it so much and definitely will stay in it whenever we visit Georgia.

the place around is very very old. there is no elevator. in 8 days no one came to clean the room and To change the towels and take the garbage out even once!!! they put kettle without any coffe or tea....

No elevator at the hotel so you need to be fit to carry your bag. Very limited breakfast options and coffee is not included in the breakfast rate. My friend found a dirty hairy female underwear in the closet. Staff were naggy about the checkout and knocked my door before the checkout time asking to handover the room key. The room doesn’t look like the pictures as it is not maintained. A terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
