The unit is on the “sunny side” of the court, offering abundant natural light throughout the day. Your family will love this space and its proximity just steps to the soft sand of Mission Bay.
This condo sleeps up to 5 people and a maximum of 2 adults. The open concept kitchen and living room areas flow out to a private balcony that is perfect for morning coffee or evening cooking on the BBQ grill. This unit is the perfect choice for families looking for a casual and relaxing coastal vacation!

• Mission Beach is just 15 minutes from San Diego International Airport and 15-20 minutes to SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and downtown San Diego.
Sleeping Accommodations:
• Master – King
• Guest – Twin over Full Bunk Bed
Parking:
• There is one small compact car spot on the left side of the garage. Your car must fit inside the spot and not cross the red fire-lane in the alleyway. The approximate size of the parking spot is 12 feet long by 7 feet wide. The spot will fit a Chevy Spark or a Mitsubishi Mirage sized vehicle. Please do not park in front of the garage or in neighbors’ parking spot.

My wife and I stayed here for a week for our wedding anniversary. The place was beautiful, clean, and an easy walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Clean, new, and close to the water

It was very clean and great location. Please read the parking part very closely. We had to change our rental car in order to fit. A neighbor was waiting to inform us about parking. This was the only negative comment.

I am always looking for a deal, which can be risky. This place was affordable with beautiful finishes and furnishings, just perfect for our family of 3. Fabulous location and super clean! The parking is a challenge but the host is very honest about the size of the parking pad in the ad. It took some maneuvering but we made it work. We had a full size car but you defintely couldn't park an SUV there. No other complaints, everything in the ad held up. The Property Manager was quick to respond when I texted her with a question, but she didn't bug us at all. Overall we were very satisfied and will happily stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. I was there for a race and it couldn't have been more convenient. Parking is tricky but not impossible. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and perfect for kids. Bunk bed just about worked for 3 big 17 year old boys! It was tight but they were good sports. $12 Uber one way from downtown. Great walk to Belmont park, if you like volleyball book this place! Guys Biked to PB and I walked it on boardwalk.

The condo is as advertised. Well equipped for cooking. It’s in a great location; very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Parking is an issue on the weekends, but Ubers we’re very easy to get. A few neighbors were very unwelcoming and rude.

The place was as expected according to the pictures. It’s lovely there’s access to both a quiet cove and the beach. As others have mentioned the parking situation was a challenge, the parking spot may fit a small car but to get in and out of the spot was impossible, I’d call it more of a motorcycle parking spot. I also circled for about 30 minutes on a Saturday morning to find a parking spot. The house is also in the flight path so from 630am-10pm there is jet traffic, it wasn’t a big deal for our family but it could be if you are looking for peace and quiet.
The kitchen has everything you could need to make a meal. It was nice to have boogie boards and beach chairs as well, thank you! The south end of mission has a residential vibe and is far enough away from the chaos of Belmont Park. With a family of four we would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The space was quiet and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. The parking space is small so if you have a larger vehicle you will not fit in the designated spot. The host was super communicative and kind.

Positive but parking is an issue. Make sure you have a small car, Trash cans obscured the house number and since coming in after dark we had difficulty finding the place. Once settled we enjoyed it. The place is very well equipped and our property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a very nice stay in mission beach and found the rental to have everything we needed for a family with two young kids.

I genuinely enjoyed staying at this location and would stay here again. TV was modern and easy to sync up my iPad to (screen mirroring). The kitchen was phenomenal and it was nice being able to have my family sit at the island then serve them directly from the cooking area. There were a ton of empty cabinets which could’ve used a bit more organization. I’d recommend removing a few cabinets on the bottom and installing a dishwasher but that’s just me. One thing to note that I didn’t realize was that there are renters below the unit and there’s no upstairs door between this unit and the one below. You have to keep your voices and tv/music volume down (which we don’t like to have to do) but it’s all good. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching planes fly overhead. Neighborhood was very quiet. Easy access to the beach or the bay. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was great! Close to everything, except the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds. Enjoyed the porch and it’s views. Easy access to both the bay and the ocean.
We enjoy cooking and found all the amenities needed to cook including spices and a good set of tools. Appreciated having the grill too!
Having beach towels and chairs available was very handy! Overall a nice place, exactly as advertised, plus!!

By the beach!
The bathrooms are awkward and small. Plan on street parking or parking a few blocks down in a free parking lot. Otherwise we had a wonderful trip. The unit was a close walk to the beach and had chairs and items to use at the beach. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Great location - upgrades were nice
I was impressed with how comfortable this small property fit our family of 4. The upgrades made us feel like we were staying in luxury :). Location can't be beat, we walked to the beach everyday. Communication was quick and fun beach toys to play with. We had a great time.

Great experience, just some feedback
Loved the place, just some feedback that would have made it even better.
A long mirror would have been great to see entire outfits.
The back gate to the parking pad is was hard to open each time, could use new hardware to make the process easier.
Since the balcony is tarped, shared use in the front patio would have been nice.

Mother daughter trip
I went with my 25 yr old daughter and she had fun sleeping on each bunk bed. Parking is not fun but I was told about it so that’s fine. Very clean all the necessary household items we needed to cook in and stay. I loved all the care Lacy put into the little touches. She cares and you can see that.

Great location!
Our family of four loved this cozy place. The décor, the location just steps from the boardwalk/beach is great. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have a “normal size“ vehicle, but we found a nearby lot to park in. Lacey made it easy for us to book and stay and was very responsive. The only reason we give this very nice property a four rating is because of the deck. The property pictures for booking show a couple of chairs on a sunny deck where there’s also a grill. But the reality is that the deck is covered in blue tarp – over the railing and on the floor – and unless a person finds that relaxing, you don’t want to be sitting out there. (We love to sit outside together with morning coffee, and we didn’t do that here.) if the initial pictures for the property showed this deck would be covered in tarp (to deal with a rain/flood problem for their lower unit) we wouldn’t have been so disappointed and would have known what we were booking. It was after we paid in full, and just a week prior, that we learned about the deck being draped with tarp. We appreciated the heads up, but this was a true disappointment to us. Yes, it technically was still “usable”, but not relaxing to us. Beyond the deck situation, would definitely recommend this place. Made some great memories!

Fantastic beach house!
We loved our stay at this walk to beach, beautifully redone property. We spent lots of time with the kids at the beach nearby plus the 18 other walking distance ones. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and they even had kids games and books. A definite perk! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, there were blackout shades on the windows, and the house was perfectly equipped. I would say the only negatives (which was mentioned by the property manager a couple hours prior to arrival) would be that we came after heavy rains and the deck was covered in a blue tarp. It was useable but it ruined the view and didn't make us want to sit out there. Also, the deck furniture was inaccurately pictured in the listing, I thought it would have the two nicer chairs pictured, but they were just plastic lawn chairs. I would also love if check-in was a little earlier, like 3pm, 4pm is a touch late.
I would absolutely stay here again and I know the tarp was to protect the neighbors but it was part of our amenities so I had to give this 5-star property just 4 today.
Also, something I wish I knew but is not the homeowner's responsibility so just passing on a friendly tip is that while parking is very easily accessible on the nearby street, you may not park there from Monday to Thursday from 8-10am while they do street sweeping or you will get a ticket. Now you can learn from our mistake!

Home for the holidays
I brought my boyfriend home to San Diego to meet my family for the first time. The visit was fantastic. A very quick walk to mission bay or mission beach. I grew up in San Diego and it’s always been a dream of mine to stay close/nearly on mission beach, as it is my favorite beach. Most people will say; “go see La Jolla or PB” which is great, but hands down mission beach is my beach. Anyway, again the short commute was a plus.. my 70 year old grandmother was able to walk back to the condo from Belmont park (she is an active 70yr old). My boyfriend really enjoyed his jog along the board walk. Aside from my boyfriend and I, I always had two family members staying with us. Mom/Gma or Sister/husband. My mom and grandmother said it was beautiful. My pregnant sister and her husband said they had the best shower of their lives in there. All of us really appreciated the variety of coffee and decaf. We had just enough TP, paper towels, and trash bags for our stay. We had trouble with the fan in the master bedroom, the manager was very attentive. Warning! Unless you have an electric car or Mini Cooper your car probably won’t fit in the designated parking area, take “compact” literally 😉. We got pretty lucky with parking, but be prepared to walk. If you are one of those people who doesn’t rinse out a cup before use, and will complain about having to, then you should probably stay at a hotel. I personally cleaned everything before use regardless. I really appreciated the fact that all cooking appliances I would have needed to use were available. Trays, pans, bowls.. it was all there. Yes, my pregnant sister requested baked sugar and chocolate chip cookies. She also made some pasta with pesto sauce. I created a lot of great memories with my family in this house/condo and we all loved it. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. ❤️

The perfect place
Our stay was all that we could ask for and more! The host thought of everything- we had plenty of room, our own private bathrooms and spacious living room/kitchen area. I would book this spot again in a heartbeat!

Bright, sunny, comfy retreat
Like any rental there are things that are not perfect, but this rental exceeded our expectations on all counts. Comfy couch and beds, two bathrooms with all shower supplies, beach chairs and lots of fluffy towels. We would love to return.

Great stay
We had a great stay. Only complaint was in the unit below us, there were renters with kids and the walls were paper thin in the morning. But the place, view and access were amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Spent the weekend with my parents and had a wonderful time. Beautifully decorated beach style. Small but comfortable rooms. Entire place completely renovated very beautifully done. Probably only 20-30 yards to the bay. Would definitely think of coming back.
