It was comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff was exceptional friendly and helpful.

Payment process. When I arrived I was told I still needed to pay. This was true yet a bit of a pain. So I pay, or at least I thought I did. Was moved to a better room for less money. Nice....not so nice. I am told in fact that payment did not go through and in the meantime the room in which I had been placed was booked so now I pay more for a lesser room.

Sea view, great vibe excellent host!

Really lovely setting. I loved everything. Wayne picked me and my suitcases late in the evening. I was hungry, dropped off luggage and took me to get food. Next morning took me out around the area. It was unfortunately my last day so he took me to a local historical building. Such a graceful host. The vibe was spot on and I instantly felt at home. I needed for nothing. Everything you could need is available and I’m sure the host could provide. I was a little concerned being a lone femal traveller but all my fears were settled once meeting Wayne. Ps love the double shower

I was disappointed I booked villamobay at the end of my holidays. Wished that was my first choice.

Fabulous villa mobay

Absolutely loved seeing the real Jamaica. Rasta Ian, sukar, Floyd and louie 4 of the best people to get to know an the 4 of them in the 1at week actually made our holiday. Wayne facetimed us everyday to see if there was anything he could do for us and we could contact him at anytime despite him not even being in the country. This is a Home from home villa but with sun, the most amazing wild life ull ever see, friendliest people and the most unbelievable sights.

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like however the only things are, being in the villa, we felt a bit out of the way from everything this wasn't an issue but the fact the pool was not ready then when it did get filled the day after we arrived the water only stayed in 24 hrs due to a leak somewhere and no air conditioning in the villa meaning the only way for us to cool down or do anything was taxis to an from montego Bay each day to go in the sea, on the beach and shops for supplies.

great base for getting to explore some of the local areas

Good value for money option that works as a good base for getting in to Montego Bay and the other areas to explore. Road is a little bumpy but to be fair most of Jamaica is. Hosts were great , really easy to speak to and let us get on with our own things. wifi was good day and night and they also had a good range of options on the tv.

didn’t see the pool but to be fair we did not spend much time at the property during the day so it could have been around the back.

BEST STAY IN MONTEGO BAY

The place was clean, and spacious. The owner was caring nd attended to our every need...we had a flat n he went above n beyond for us..We loved the breeze at nights and the his n her shower was a delightful suprise...I enjoyed ....will visit again soon.

A really pleasant experience p

The host 'Wayne' at VillaMobay was extremely accommodating. I was made to feel welcome, and my stay was clean and comfortable. The proprietor went out of his way by even travelling some distance to return an item i left behind. I will be returning to the Villa and introducing family members when arriving to Jamaica. Very well done VillaMobay.

I didn't like the mix up with the booking system via Booking.com, as I might have extended my stay at VillaMobay.

I was made to feel at home & safe as I was traveling alone. I look forward to staying there again.

It's a bit off the beaten track, however I did enjoy my stay and Wayne the proprietor did pick me up near to the guest house. I like the willingness to meet my needs as best he could as I was traveling by myself. Wayne was very caring and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. He's in the early stages of creating a comfortable, welcoming environment and I know guests will enjoy staying there.

There are some small but important amenities that is still needed but I know Wayne is in the process of putting them in place.

Nice up coming Villa with a nice well mannered escort.

The owner Wayne is a perfect host.. in touch before departure ensuring he has met your every needs.. in contact right up to you land at Villamoby. I was collected by Shawn (This was a change of plan) I was cater for quick at such short notice. Shawn was perfect escort.. Talking about the areas as we drive through. He also suggested places to visit. Shawn is pleasant with beautiful manners. The neighbour is also there to support which gives you an sense extra sense of security. Ideal for those looking a quite relaxing break with a lovely view of the sea. Myself stayed in a king size room with en-suite room is nice and clean. Car hire is available and Shawn will escort. Food again Shawn is able to cater your needs. Get excited a Swimming pool is being built. Ideal for single couple, family.

The Internet was down so no WIFI or Television to watch (This was genuinely the only downsides) Booking.com needs to check customers are ok staying with no WiFi?
