I recommend it!

Really good location between the city centre and the park. The apartment has a very nice decoration!! The owner was super helpful and responsive!

The bed is located at a loft which creaks a lot and is very noisy

Sin palabras. Excelente todo, la amabilidad de Ale, el nivel de detalles es tal cual aparecen en las fotos. No faltó absolutamente nada. A pocas cuadras de las principales avenidas, un lugar súper recomendable.

Excelente lugar

Todo muy limpio y ordenado, el lugar es igual a las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía y queda cerca de los lugares de interés, y también de un super mercado. El auto queda dentro de la estadía, muy seguro. El desayuno es en una cafetería que está cerca y estaba muy bueno. Muy recomendado el lugar

A perfect nest for exploring Mendoza

What a lovely place to stay! You can see the owner truly cares about the place we really liked the decór. A perfect nest for a couple's first time in Mendoza. Everything was walking distance so we never needed to use public transport. A few great cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, too, along with any other amenity. We are definitely coming back someday again!

Loved it!

Amazing experience ! The apartment is great, charming and spacious being a duplex. There is a parking space if you rent a car (and it's within the property so safe to park). Breakfast is provided just next door. Location is also great, in a quiet street and still very close to city centre (only a few steps away). And last but definitely not least, the host is simply the nicest guy on earth (thanks Ale for everything and very nice to have met you!).

Unfortunately one could feel a whole lack of maintanance.

First of all, the air-con was in no way sufficiently working, particularly the upper store sleeping place was unbearable to stay in overnight. There was a lack of water with the shower, but even worse, no water available flushing the toilet. Each time we tried to call the owner, he didn‘t respond the phone call, however, he was very polite with WhatsApp, but finally nothing happened in maintaining the apartment accordingly and properly.

Great stay near all facilities including excellent restaurants

Very welcoming. Alejandro and family lovely. helpful and kind. We were invited to their home for a barbecue and met wives and children, plus all their pet dogs and cats. Such a great and surprising experience. If we return to Mendoza we will stay at the apartment again

Alejandro was the best host we’ve had in 6 weeks of travelling. He went above and beyond to help is and make us comfortable, taking us to the bus station so we didn’t have to take a taxi, giving us tips for our travels to Chile, etc. Very, very kind and accommodating!

Aje is one of the friendliest people I've met while traveling. He went out of his way to make my stay the best it could be. Loft is also very comfortable with everything you need (hopefully a washing machine soon too). Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
