I would definitely recommend Fengjia JinRui hotel to my friends.

Excellent customer service. The staff, especially the manager/owner Henry is extremely kind and helpful. Henry actually went above and beyond the common customer service to make sure that his customers have an excellent experience and stay at his hotel.

The location is good and the room is very clean. The bed is large and comes with many pillows. For breakfast, you can enjoy a burger with juice that can even be taken out for your day trip, making it very convenient

Nice budget hotel

Great budget hotel with spacious quadruple room. The bathroom is bright and clean. It was a comfortable stay. Very near to fengjia night market. easy to find eateries, laundry nearby.

Not easy to locate the hotel as there's no signboard being installed. Strange!

You get what you pay for.

Great location. Easy parking.

The room we got smelled like someone just smoked in it right before we checked in. We were able to be switched to another room which didn’t have this issue. However the first impression was already unpleasant and the front desk did not even apologize or say anything about the inconvenience. I was actually surprised that the service was so cold considering most of the experiences I have in Taiwan are warm and welcoming.

Absolutely love everything about this hotel: location, room size, sleek room design, chic lobby, amenities, free coffee and tea in both room and lobby. The hotel is part of a huge metal structure (giving it a kind of industrial feel) which also houses a number of nice restaurants.
