Chouette à refaire !!!

L’appartement était vraiment sympa !

Le pdf d’informations devrait être mis à jour. Le code de la boîte à clé n’est pas le bon. Le thermostat du chauffage central n’est plus le même ce qui nécessite de chercher. Par contre, la serrure de la porte verte ferait bien d’être remplacée. De même et c’est assez ennuyeux, la porte d’accès au bâtiment n’est jamais verrouillée. Pas de clé. Enfin , et contrairement à ce qui figure sur le pdf d’informations, les places de parking rue de Semm sont payantes… il serait utile de mettre à jour le pdf d’informations qui est envoyé aux clients. Merci et bonne continuation

Die Schlüsselbox ist im Dunkeln sehr schwer zugänglich um den Code einzugeben

Sehr gute Ausstattung!

Im Bad leider sehr viele Spinnweben und könnte mehr geputzt sein! 5 Frauen sehen Dinge, die Anderen nicht so auffallen! Daher nicht ganz so schlimm

Foarte aproape de centru și o strada liniștită . Un apartament în care pot încăpea fără probleme 2 familii. Bucătăria dotată cu tot ce trebuie.

Parola de la wireless a trebuit sa i-o cer prin mesageria Booking nefiind afișată nicăieri pe care am primit-o a 2 a zi.Televizorul era de decor deoarece nu găsește posturi TV. Încălzirea în casa se face doar după ce găsești termostatul care este pe perete în living.In ziua plecării proprietarul a oprit căldură pe la 6 dimineața. Baia cu cada și lavoar este într-un capăt al casei iar vasul de wc este în celalat capăt al casei. Proprietarul ar trebui sa verifice electrocasnicele din casa deoarece noi am găsit mașina de spălat vase fără sare.

Beaucoup d’espace, lumineux, bien isolé, bien chauffé

La baignoire pas très pratique, peut être une parois en verre ou un rideau serait la bienvenue

La ubicación y decoración del alojamiento con todos los detalles. Excelente planta baja, acogedora, limpia y en el mismo centro de Colmar.

Nada todo fue más que perfecto.

Colmar spacious apartment

Lovely apartment in a nice part of town. Very comfortable and spacious. Nicely decorated and host was quick to answer any questions I had. A great place to stay.

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement cosy et situé juste à côté de la Petite Venise

Appartement confortable, bien équipé et spacieux. Une déco très sympa.

Peut-être ajouter un pare douche sur la baignoire.

Une belle découverte, placement au top

Localisation au top, l'appartement bien décoré. L'hôte très disponible et réactive, facile gérer arriver et départ Petite attention, un plus! Un super logement pour découvrir Colmar et sa belle région. Les enfants ont adoré aussi !

Manquait une vrai cafetière ou un bouilloire (il y avait nespresso mais les dosettes sont petites et pas la même chose. Un bouilloire pour chauffer l'eau serait utile. Malgré ça, cuisine bien équipée. Le linge de lit n'était pas suffisant, il faisait froid et n'avait pas une couette ou couverture supplémentaire( je n'ai pas trouvé). Point + Malgré l'absence de chauffage, il y avait 2 chauffage d'appoint. Aussi, habitué à des bonnes serviettes, j'ai amené les miennes, celles de la maison trop rêches, passable pour ceux qui n'ont pas la peau sensible.. .

Zentral, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal für zwei Nächte über Silvester da.

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken; geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Eine Duschabtrennung/Duschvorhang fehlt.

We loved it!

We had a very lovely stay at Gasp’art and we would definitely come back if ever again in Colmar. The apartment was very clean and in good shape. We find it cozy and it has a “just like home” vibe.

Great place for visitng the tourist center of Colmar.

Close to center, very big apartment with interesting decoration - wife suggested that owner is Banksy :). Free street parking.

Parking is free on street, but you don't have a reserved spot. We did find a spot next to the house, but I didn't want to move a car during our stay.

Fantastically located spacious apartment in central Colmar

Big and spacious apartment. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Short walking distance to the centre but located in a quiet street with lots of parking. Big kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend staying here.

-Perfect location -Luxurious, very spacious accommodation with stylish interieur -Well equipped large kitchen, all you need for cooking and dining (big dining table) -Comfortable beds and sheets -Silent area -Free and safe parking in front of the house -Child friendly owner provides baby cot and baby chair -Bathroom and wc are separated

I wouldn't say, don't stay here as it was a cute and comfortable place. Gasp'art was great!

The location was perfect, just around the corner from Little Venice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All the facilities that were promised were there and working (specifically the washer and dryer).

The code that was supplied for the lockbox did not work as the host had changed the code. We stood outside the place, with out luggage, on the street for about an hour before a neighbor heard us and let us in the gate and gave us the spare key to the apartment. Only three of us could go to Little Venice for dinner, because if all of us left, there would be no one left behind to open the gate. Host eventually called and gave us the code, but it was a significant inconvenience. The bed in the main bedroom was low to the ground and the mattress did not fit in the frame well. The whole thing collapsed in twice.

Comfy stay at a French apartment in the heart of Colmar

Great location near the centre of Colmar; property host was very helpful and fast in communication. Interior was well designed and homey.

Walls are quite thin so you sometimes hear noises from the corridor and upstairs neighbours. Bathroom was missing a shower curtain so floor got wet easily.

light, cozy, comfortable, clean... great!!!

The apartment is very clean, nice design. well located, although not in the central/historical part of town. but 10 minutes walk and you are in the tourist center. at the same time very quiet, so you can sleep. a lot of space, comfortable, you feel like home.

unfortunately, I could not find a WiFi/internet connection, and what surprised me a lot, the owner did not respond to a message regarding the question about the internet. uncomfortable - no shower curtain/glass in the bathroom
