About this house rental
Charming house in the heart of Etretat classified three stars located in a very quiet courtyard with a parking space and an enclosed garden, located 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to all shops.
Recently restored with the typical spirit of our region.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, bathroom, bedroom 1 (160/200 bed) and office.
1st Floor: bedroom 2 (140/190 bed), bedroom 3 (90/190 bed) and closet.
Bed linen, basic groceries, toilet paper, household product are included in the price.
The beds will be made.
Towels are extra:
(A large + a small + a glove) € 5 per person per stay.
Baby kit: deckchair, travel cot with mattress, high chair, bathtub (on request)
Secure key case.
A garden with enclosed terrace: five deckchairs to enjoy the sun, barbecues (a charcoal + an electric).
table and chairs + parasol.
Two bicycles without helmet. ( on demand)
Your pet will be welcome
( a maximum).
Deposit: 300 €
Tourist tax € 1.25 per day per person over 18 years old.
The parking space is private (see photo).

The house was wonderful only 5 min walk from the beachwe had a great week with my 3 girlfriends.

Françoise’s cottage is perfection. Tucked away off street with several other charming homes, yet private and quiet, with its own lovely garden, yard and patio. It’s immaculately clean and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. Park your car in the private drive, then it’s a short walk everywhere in town and to the beach and cliff trail, which are breathtaking. There’s even a boulangerie at the corner (unfortunately closed the days we were there). Françoise was friendly and welcoming and we very much appreciatedm the bottle of cider! We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

The location of the house is excellent. We especially liked the bakery around the corner.
It is a short distance from the house to the beach and beautiful walking trails and a wonderful golf course.
The house is well maintained and functional. The yard was especially beautiful.
The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom had a good bed and good bedding.
The washroom is spacious and clean. We can recommend the house to others and se will consider returning there ourselves.

A part, que Françoise est géniale.
La maison est adorable, ultra propre, idéalement située, très bien équipée. Le linge de maison est nickel et sent bon.
Étretat en met plein la vue avec ses falaises mais Françoise et sa jolie petite maison gagne à être connue également.
Nous avons passé 3 nuits sur place avec deux enfants et nous en garderons un superbe souvenir.

Perfection by the beach!
Cette location de vacances est proche de la plage, des restaurants et du marché. L'hôtesse est très serviable. La maison a de nombreux appareils et les lits sont confortables. Je recommanderais ceci à n'importe qui! Absolument parfait!

Très bien situé dans Etretat, tout près du centre et du rivage, et pourtant vraiment au calme. Gîte bien aménagé avec le charme d’une ancienne maison de pêcheur, joli jardinet et le plus, un parking.

La maison est très accueillante et confortable avec son petit jardin clos. Tous les commerces ainsi que les falaises sont à proximité. Inutile de prendre la voiture pour profiter de ce site remarquable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Étretat : le gite de Françoise est parfait (propre fonctionnel et bonne literie) en plein centre ville et avec un petit jardin agréable. Très bon accueil de notre hôte.

L'accueil de Françoise est parfait, tout autant que sa maison. 3 chambres avec 1 literie très confortable, maison super équipée, 1 place de parking ce qui semble 1 luxe dans le centre-ville d'Etretat . Tout accessible à pieds. Nous sommes conquis, nous y reviendrons !

Cette maison n'est pas très grande mais elle a tout. Très propre, très bien aménagée, rien ne manque.
Hyper centre ville et donc idéalement située, à 2 pas de la plage, des falaises et des chemins de randonnée. Sans oublié tous les commerces essentiels.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce logement et nous avons énormément apprécié cette petite maison avec jardin, terrasse et surtout qui comprend 1 place de stationnement ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Etretat. L'intérieur est super fonctionnel, propre et décoré avec goût. Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Françoise, hôte vraiment sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible. Nous gardons l'adresse. Une semaine agréable dans une belle maison
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette maison qui est très bien équipée et idéalement située : proche des commerces et de la plage. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous avons également apprécié le jardin clos et la terrasse. Françoise nous a accueilli avec une bouteille de cidre. Nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse. Si nous revenons à Etretat, nous reserverons sans nul doute cette maison.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cette petite maison idéalement située, vous pouvez tout faire à pied : le centre est à 2 pas et la plage est à 5 minutes à pied. La maison est bien équipée et le petit jardin est très appréciable. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui nous a gentiment accueillis. Je recommande à 100 %.

Super maison de pêcheur rénovée tout confort
En voilà une petite maison de pêcheur avec beaucoup d'atouts à Étretat !
La maison est située au calme au fond d'une impasse et à deux pas du bouillonnant centre-ville. On peut dormir sur nos deux oreilles et être en quelques minutes à la plage. Emplacement idéal !
La maison est rénovée, moderne : très bien chauffée, la literie excellente, et les équipements de qualité (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, etc). Rien ne manque !
Elle est aussi très propre, lumineuse, et on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Elle bénéficie d'un petit jardin très agréable qui permet de manger dehors en saison (barbecue à disposition) ou prendre son café au soleil (comme nous l'avons fait au mois de février).
Françoise, la propriétaire, est très à l'écoute et disponible.
Difficile de trouver des points négatifs à notre séjour. Il n'y en a pas !!!

Un bout de paradis à Etretat
Séjour parfait, tant au niveau de la location, l'emplacement que le lieu touristique. La maison est très bien entretenue, le jardin est un petit paradis pour se reposer et prendre les repas. Enfin, Françoise est pleine de gentillesse. Je recommande vivement !

Très jolie petite maison avec jardin au cœur d'Etretat
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à Étretat dans cette maison idéalement située au centre ville. Très pratique on peut tout faire à pied. Vous êtes à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage. La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéale avec un petit chien car elle dispose d'un jardin clôturé. J'ai apprécié la chambre du rez de chaussée qui donne sur le jardin... Cela permet d'avoir de l'intimité pour l'espace parental. Je remercie Françoise Lesueur pour son accueil, sa gentillesse (cidre et confiture offerts 😀) et la très grande propreté de son logement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Weekend à Etretat
Weekend idyllique dans une petite maison super mignonne en plein centre d Étretat. Avec une petite cour toute équipée (barbecue, transat...) Et surtout une place de parking car ce n est pas possible de se garer dans Étretat en pleine saison. Et surtout une propriétaire très gentille et arrangeante. Merci Françoise de votre accueil.
