Es war eine gute Alternative zu einen Heim. Gemütlich und ruhig.

Zimmer war groß und das Bett war sehr gut. Waschmaschinen und Trockner auf der Etage. Zimmerreinigung war gut. Lage war schön ruhig. 20% Rabatt beim Steigenberger war ein gutes entgegenkommen. Das Personal habe ich nicht bewertet, da ich kaum jemanden gesehen habe. (Lag an meinen Arbeitszeiten). Ist weder positiv noch negativ, soll nur als Erklärung dienen, warum ich da keine Bewertung angegeben habe.

Frühstück gab es keins. Die ersten 14 Tage hatte ich kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Das Problem wurde dann aber behoben. Blöd fand ich nur, dass man mich erst aufgeklärt hat, nachdem ich nachgefragt hatte.

Hotel is below average . Not clean. FF&E is dirty , tired , and fallin apart

The place is not kept up. I stayed is same hotel 2 years ago , and it as much better. It seems as if the business is not managed as well as last time.

Location. Steigenberger golf course is beautiful.

Great affordable stay in a spacious apartment with pool and sauna use included.

The beds are big and comfortable, even the extra couch bed. The rooms have big windows and most have great views to the green landscape. The bathroom is roomy, the shower works great. The hotel pool is pretty big and not very busy, great to go for a swim in the morning.

It is all ok, considering that the interior is getting a bit old and tired. It is all functional as far as I can see and the price is really affordable, so that is all alright.

Ok, there is better to be had

Nice large room, humungous bathroom, nice to have the bus stop right outside the door.

No free parking on site for the Aparthotel Guests, the main hotel free parking is off limits. Staff irritable most days and all requests seemed too much trouble. Not a lot of support if you're staying there for a few weeks.

Frustrating comunication with hotel!

Nice spaceus room

After direct( non-refoundable ) reservation on booking, the stuff member of the hotel inform me that they have no room for us. They argued via booking conversation that we are no client of them, that we should deal with booking where we will stay , that this hotel have no room for us . It was frustrating, after a while other stuff member told us that they will get a room for us. I went well eventualy , but with "bitter taste". Envelope was waiting on reception desk. Among many others. I notice some of them with the name on ,also in the morning. My thought was that that must be somekind of a stuffs bad " practice" .

It was appropriate for what we wanted for this visit to Hamburg.

very comfortable beds, large bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, quiet, access to pool, sauna and fitness, beautiful surroundings for walking

arrived at a long weekend, with supermarkets closed, and were not aware that there would be no dishwashing liquid, soap etc. in the rooms. It would have been nice to know beforehand in order to come prepared. It took a few days before wifi was available in our room.

Everything was great except nobody at the reception from Friday evening to Monday morning and WIFI is poor.

Quiet living among golf fields and pastoral landscapes

It was very cozy in apartments, very quiet. I felt sometimes that we are alone in whole building. Bed is very good, sleep was perfect. Sauna and bath was perfect after working day. Staff at reception are always glad to help with any questions. Bus stop is direct on the street where aparthotel is located, busses go to S-Bahnhof every 10 min. There is a room with washing machines and dryers. Washing costs 2 euros, drying 1 euro. You bring your own laundry detergent

Location is not very good. Shops and other places are available with bus only. Temperature in rooms could be a little bit higher. default Wi-Fi was extreme poor, maybe 10% signal strength, but they give you Vodafon gigacube that is quite good, except of limited traffic. No shampoo and soap.

Good place in green area.

Good value for the money. Spacious room. Pool and spa.

Extremely bad Wi-Fi. Forget about “home office” from this hotel. Personal of the hotel can just enter your room slightly knocking. They don’t really care if you naked or don’t want to be disturbed. In our case we surprisingly discovered that big guy (from housekeeping) was already in the room and closed the door behind him. There is no lock from inside the room. So be prepared.

It’s a good quality, nice pool, gym and sauna

pool, sauna and gym, there was calm in the neighbourhood.

reception working hours, for a person who was working from Monday till Friday from 8 till 16:30 it was impossible to talk with a stuff in person. No information about the parking ticket, and no flexibility with extending stay by a few hours (there was info earlier that this shouldn’t be a problem). kitchen was poorly equipped and there was no climatiosation so smell after cooking was horrible in the apartment
