Close to the train station and amazing staff

Location by the station was perfect. There was parking even though it said no parking available. Easy check in. Good shower.
The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was cold. No mirror in the room. No hand soap. Wifi was weak.

The management failed to answer our calls and knocking at various doors despite being warned by email previous to our visit that we would be travelling from Gatwick to their pub. WE contacted Booking.com who also were unable to help us. We although tired and exhausted had to travel over 130 miles to our home in the early hours of the morning. We are aged 75 and 80 years old and this was a terrible strain. we would advise that these premises be avoided as the outward appearance and being next to a railway line did nothing for us other than to confirm these premises should be avoided at all costs.
Management, premises and location next to a railway line.

Location is close to town.
Room was tired and did not seem very clean.

Close proximity to the airport
Noise from the train station

Location good
On arrival bar staff more interested in talking to customers even after we introduced ourselves. Room was very tired and dusty. Sink tap in bathroom wobbly.
Bathroom suite very dated. On the whole not fit for renting out for the price. Only one out of three bulbs working. Old TV wall bracket had been removed hole left in wall.Sash window would not stay open.

My flight was late and they need to wait a long time (it was late at eve), and they did that for me. Also all other time they where nice and thing go well.

Room was absolutely filthy! Dirty sock over smoke alarm. Holes in bed linens. Very basic bedroom. Same price as Premier Inn and quality vastly different. Tried to book with a small business but on this occasion - definitely wasn’t the right choice.

Near the station, central, only stayed 1 night, so not sure what was nearby.
The bathroom was clean, had an, ensure room.
Shame, as it wouldn't cost much for a new.duvet cover, paint the walls a warm fresh colour,, clean carpet. Bannisters and outside doors on all rooms need painting. The bathroom was nice and clean, so a little work would make.such a difference and not too costly!

Good location for what I needed and reasonable value for money. Staff very helpful
The room was basic. No mirror in the bathroom which makes shaving perilous!

Was quite. Close to the train station and the Main street. Bathroom was huuuuge.
Bed was really hard and for me that's uncomfortable.

Very friendly welcome. Room was a little dated (as shown in photos) but very comfortable, clean and light. I had a really good night's sleep
Can't fault the accommodation. Tried to get a meal in the bar and got a small pizza delivered to the table in a box with napkin and no cutlery, so would not eat there again, but staff very friendly

The room is big. It's clean and warm enough with good lighting..Bathroom is also clean and spacious
The mattress is uncomfortable. Had back pains. Not firm enough.

Nothing at all
The rooms were dirty. There were unwashed cups lying there. I was initially provided a room with a toilet outside in the main corridor and with a broken lock. When I complained about it, the receptionist said that I shouldn’t worry as no one else would come. On a lot of insisting, she gave me another room which was also dirty, very poorly maintained. Also there were no towels provided in the second room. I called them in the morning, only to find out that there’s no receptionist( no one answered the phone) . The first room was extremely noisy as next to an outdoor pub.

Not much.
The price for the terrible quality of the facilities. A huge upgrade is required for the price charged

convenient for a night sleep
bathroom floor a bit sticky

Basic rooms but clean and tidy.
We had two rooms out of four on the top floor - easy to get in and out and a lovely pub downstairs with Sky TV, so my sons were very happy watching football on Saturday afternoon.
Duvet and pillows were soft and fluffy.
There was no mirror in the bathroom and the rooms are a bit tired, but for the price in Reigate I felt it was fair.

Nothing
we arrived around 3pm to find the room was not ready and an alternative room offered as ready was not in an acceptable state hence we decided to cancel. We spoke to the barman who told us that the refund would have to be processed via booking .com. unfortunately we had pre-paid so had to request a refund through booking .com. We did this via the app which raised a request to waive fees which was sent to the Prince of wales, this request was ignored, We sent a message directly to the prince of wales which was also ignored, we then rasied a complaint directly with booking .com who tried to contact the prince of wales but were unable to, they then said they could do nothing further as it was now passed the check out date, so as of now I have been unable to get the refund for a stay I did not have in the end. Have used booking .com many times in the past without problems but they have been unhelpful the one time I did have an issue so doubt I will be using them again either.

clean & tidy in room; staff & pub clientele very friendly & amiable

It was close and convenient to town.
The bed was comfy.
The radiator wasn’t on but it did have an electric heater which was needed as it only has single glazing and was -7 degrees outside.
The tap in bathroom wobbles, and doesn’t have a hand towel or anything so had to bring my own.
There are only 4 plug sockets, of which 2 of them has dodgy wiring so makes funny noise when something is plugged in which didn’t seem safe.

had parking
staff were nice
easy to get into town
pub downstairs
radiator wasn’t on and it was freezing weather. was a little oil heater but could initially only find 1 plug and zero phone battery and wanted to do my hair so that was a bit annoying. also no plug anywhere near a mirror and no seat in room. or place to put anything on so to speak.
toilet in hall wouldn’t lock for me when in and was being shared with at least one other. sadly realised at midnight that no cups were left with tea and coffee so couldn’t have a drink.

location
the sash window was stuck wide open and wouldn’t close. it was apparent this was not a new issue.
shouldn’t have accepted my booking with it like this

The bed was very comfortable, the decor was nice
and the room was very clean.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
There needs to be either a couple of hooks or a small rail for towels. Otherwise there is nowhere to put them other than the floor or the bed.
Two of the lightbulbs needed replacing on the central light. Having said which there was enough light from the bedside lamps.
The fire escape door outside the room was open on the first evening so I closed it myself. It stayed unlocked during my stay which I suppose is correct but also made me feel a little vulnerable.
No-one told me what to do with the keys when I left and there was nobody around to ask. So I abandoned them at the bottom of the stairs!
It would be helpful if the internet password was somewhere in the room.

Just by the railway but not noisy and very convenient for trains to London.
They were out of bitter in the bar!
