located within an industrial type area. the unit’s flooring is cement and the room is heated by radiant heating which didn’t work. extremely cold and rainy the day/night we stayed. however, an employee went to stores to find small room heaters, which helped. he was very nice and apologized; however it was awkward and there was no offer to refund some or all of our payment.

Great location! Very clean, quiet and private. The heated floor was awesome! Staff made check in and check out seemless. Will be coming back next time I'm in the area.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, excellent communication from Manager. Easy check-in, check-out. Walking distance to beach, incredible hiking trails and many restaurants. We had a very relaxing stay!

We tried to eat in most of the time but the kitchen needed a few more items that would have been nice. I would recommend a big pot and also baking trays. Other than that, we had everything we needed

Sometimes the privacy was compromised because the first house is to near of a sidewalk. we preferred to close the curtains to feel safe.

How close to the beach and family. The trip was a gift to my youngest daughter and granddaughter, we became aware if this gem as my oldest daughter reserved this for her wedding in September.

The property was spacious, clean and close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store.

The space is nicely designed. Quiet and nice location.

Heating didn't work properly. We booked unit #4 (with the coastal view) and when we arrived it was 60 degrees. It would not get warmer than 62 after an hour and a half, and we had to move to unit #2, which also did not heat properly (got up to 68). The owners gave us a space heater, but this was incredibly disappointing and uncomfortable given the cost of the rental.

Six minutes walk to the beach, four minutes to excellent coffee at Soul Grind, with lots of hikes close by. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, plates, and all the amenities. Unit 1 was accessible for wheelchairs with dedicated parking for wheel chair friendly vehicles.

Both mornings the adjacent construction company had vehicles starting up around 5am, waking me both days. Unit 1 is right on the street; at night it gets fairly quiet, during the day expect some road noise.

The location is nice, close to food and the beach. I did like the private entrance.

The furniture was not wiped down, the couches were dirty. Could not sleep because the unit has some sort of machine attached to the outside of the wall and sounds like a compressor/oxygen tank. I complained they said they did not find anything and encouraged us to change the thermostat to 55 degrees. Not sure what that would do but that was the suggested resolve. We went for our anniversary and I asked about early check in - late check out. I heard back a few days later that they would need to check with their cleaners I did not hear back from then until after early check in at which point we were no where near the facility so we did not use the early check in. Because we could not sleep we did not use the late check out either. Apparently there is a fee of $30 for early / late check in. You are required to strip your bed of all bedding and that was pretty disgusting because you then see the stained pillows and sheets you have been laying on. They also require you to walk your trash down two units and leave there. We ended up taking our trash out: The refrigerator was not clean. When reaching out to the facility regarding the disappointing stay and inability to sleep to ask regarding one night’s stay return. The response was: “We can give you $100 back but please know that we did not charge you for early check in or late check out.” WOW really?? We did not even use it primarily because it took forever to respond and then we were ready to leave. We will not be returning and caution others especially for a couples getaway to think twice.
