Friendly service, clean room, location near city centre.
Like some others have said, the walls are thin.

Nice comfy room.

Rather stingy with the toiletries.

Nowhere decent to get dinner.

Clean, great price, comfortable and the location is in the heart of the city. The owner is very helpful and pleasant.
It didn't have a fridge. The walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the rooms next to yours.

Good location, good price, attentive staff. Clean rooms. It had a small balcony that I could open to cool down during night.
Nothing. Is a simple family run hostal (pensión like), is a fair equipment for the price you pay.

location perfect. street parking outside the property.

Location.
The floor was so dirty that after a minute we had black feet.
The woman at the desk was acting strangely.
One day she recommended us to go on the tower with the most beautiful view of the city, when we went there it turned out that the tower was closed. When we told her this, she denied she was saying something like that but she even marked this place on the map and wrote the opening hours.

Very close to cathedral, tapestry museum and the Cristal palace. Parking was free, they don't have the paid parking anymore. So we had to wait dor a spot to open up a quite a bit.
There were some loud shouting for a while. Not sure if it was just couple drunk people having fun or what... about right after 11 finaly send them away. From that point until 6 ish it was pretty quite.

Good location, comfortable room, as advertised
Car parking is difficult. Although there is a public car park next to the hotel, we never saw an empty space in 3 days. We managed to find on street parking 5 minutes away but it wasn't easy

the family room is spacious and the beds are comfortable, everything is clean and the lady who runs this is sooo nice! we asked for late check in and it was no problem.
the mattress was soft and for parking it isn’t guaranteed.

The neighborhood where the accommodation is located is a fairly typical residential area, so it's got some cafés and bars where locals have breakfast or brunch, as well as supermarkets. The city center, which is much more exciting, is easy to get to as well.
The walls must be built of paper because you can easily here what's going on in the other rooms. Great if you want to listen to Die Hard dubbed in Spanish at night, bad if you want to get a good night's sleep.

24 hour front desk is very useful. The lady proprietor was very helpful and pleasant.
Many restaurants a stones throw away. Much cheaper than Barcelona where we had just visited!
Nice walk over a bridge into town. Lovely historic place.
This was not detailed on Booking.com as having lift access to higher floors. It doesn't, and lugging our suitcases up two flights of stairs was unwelcome.
The shower was not walk in, but over the bath. Fine for us (68 and 74), but anyone older/less able might have difficulty. No extractor fan in bathroom.
The room is rather small.
