A clean hotel in a nice location to the things we wanted to be near.

the room was in an ideal location, if you want to be near everything and close to Greetings To The Sun. We stayed in 7 different hotels / lodges on our trip. This one was the cleanest and quite memorable with its decor. A small room but well laid out. Modern.

As was the case for several of our hotel stays on this trip, someone has to meet you there to give you access and keys. I had my phone on Airplane mode often, so I missed communications with the manager. We waited 30 minutes for her, but it was ok, more my fault I suppose. And parking in all of Croatia was cumbersome. Just expect to circle places, hunt for spots and walk a distance. Parking in Croatia: park in a designated spot, marked usually with white lines, find a ticket kiosk nearby, enter your license plate number, set time length, pay with cash or card, take printed ticket and place on dash. Sunday is free.

Very pleasant stay after a week long festival

Lovely room, clean, fresh and airy. Bigger than expected. Really liked the bathroom and walk in shower.

There was no kettle in the room to make tea with so we had to warm up the water in the espresso machine but aside from that, all was perfect :)

Beautiful apartment in the heart of city

Highly recommended! friendly host. Location of the apartment is perfect. It is close to all the sightings. Apartment was very clean and decor is beautiful. All restaurants are near to the apartment.

Super Modern and new in the heart of old town

Very modern and comfortable right in the centre of old town!

We had a small issue with the water, hot water is limited and you have to wait 15 mins each person to have hot water again

Comfy, spacious apartment in the middle of the Old Town.

The location of the apartment is perfect, right in the middle of the Old Town with a great restaurant just outside. The room was spacious and spotless, there was some noise from the streets below but the windows are well insulated and you are staying in the old town after all so it is part of the flair. We would stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Zadar.

When booking it looked as though the payment was made by card but it was just for security purposes and we actually had to pay cash for the room when we left. It wasn’t very well communicated but that might be a setting on booking.com.

May be a bit noisy for some as right in the heart of the old town, but trade off as such a good location.

Location, small garden for breakfast, clean new

Wifi security to be upgraded to WPA2; for 6 persons small (4 in living room); we were with 4 which was fine

Wish we could have stayed longer

Arriving in Zadar by car just to check out the city, my husband and I decided to spontaneously stay for the night. We contacted Borelli Palace and our host met us within 45 minutes. The apartment is centrally located and our host recommended overnight parking for us. I wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the lovely outdoor patio and just the well appointed apartment itself.

A night in zadar

The property it’s located right in the center of the old town, near some of the nicest restaurants and bars in the old now. The apartment was very cozy, with all the utilities needed for a pleasant stay

Nothing to add. Maybe the coffee machine need to be fixed.

Very nice hotel

Good location (in strict center), beautifully done interiors, helpful personnel

Payment only by cash, tv was not working. Location is also a disadvantage: near street is very loud and windows do not block the sound.
