Good location
The photograph displayed when booking was not the photograph of the property I was allocated on arrival. Misleading at the time of booking.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable and very well equipped.

Attractive, clean, comfortable and the right location.
Decor a bit dark and dull

Excellent showers. Tea/coffee facility in bedrooms. Pretty countryside and gardens with pond/fishing lakes.
We were charged for towels but told to bring our own. The place felt a bit neglected/ in need of some tlc. The room arrangements were not suitable for families with very young children. We couldn't use either of the twin rooms.

The property was in an attractive rural setting and was very clean and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans etc, a large fridge freezer and good oven. The upstairs (double) bedroom was charming.
The outdoor space was quite unkept - weeds etc. We had to ask the owners to supply a bench as appeared in the photos. Flies were a nuisance in the house - maybe just countryside living.
Crockery was in short supply - only 4 of everything for 4 people means items need washing too frequently.
The upstairs bedroom had no hanging space.
The living area was somewhat cramped for four people.

I booked 2 cottages for 2 groups of 6 - both cottages were well equipped and bedrooms were generally very spacious with en-suite bathrooms - perfect for all girls groups. Comfy beds and plenty of seating in both cottages
There was a strange smell in one of the cottages - nothing offensive - just a bit fusty.
The hot water came out at a scalding temperature and without a mixer tap it was definitely set too high.
The outside areas were ok but patio and borders needed weeding. Outside furniture was adequate but ‘tired’ and decor was old fashioned.

The location was excellent well off the main road so very quiet. There was a nice big freezer so we could stock up on food without having to shop each day (most properties just have a small freezer compartment in the fridge which will hardly hold a single loaf of bread).
The recycling information was confusing as there was supposed to be coloured bins inside corresponding to the colour bins outside. There was also a food waste bin missing. In the end we just took all our recycling home. The bit of garden at the front was very untidy with weeds growing through the paving and a dead shrub which should have been removed. There was no information booklet about supermarket locations, local attractions etc.

The house was well equipped and comfortable. Furnishings were pleasant and there was plenty of space for the number of occupants. Well situated for visiting the coast and places of interest.
It just about did what it said on the tin.
The fittings were a little dated, particularly in the bathroom. Few of the doors closed properly and one definitely needed a splash of oil. The garden area was a bit scruffy while we were there. We found evidence of previous occupiers' rubbish under one of the sofas.

Very good facilities, ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom, good kitchen equipment, comfortable living room, so much to see in the surrounding areas.
It was all good.

It is cosy , well equipped and comfortable . The location is good for travelling to the coastal villages of Southwold and Aldeburgh. The landlady was very pleasant and helpful.
I found the manner of the landlord rather brusque and unfriendly when we arrived and particularly when we left when I unfortunately had mistaken leaving time at 11 rather than 10, we were out of the property by 10.20. We didn’t like the dead wasps in the bathroom or the live one that gave a painful sting!
I was expecting the accommodation to be less dated given the cost , I think it is a bit overpriced.
