Absolutely loved our stay!

Amazing views, great layout and right across the road from the beach!

The only downside was having to pick up and drop off the keys in Kingscliff.

Short stay in a great location.

Great location and spacious

The property was quite dirty, especially bathrooms. It was disappointing to learn after I had booked and paid for it that I had to pick up & drop off keys in Kingscliff.

Furniture was very rough It felt dirty more effort could have been spent cleaning prior to check in Host gave me the wrong address for keys pick up and then said I misread the email. I had to drive 15 minutes away to pick up from new location.

Amazing family holiday

Huge, family sized apartment with all amenities. Amazing views and right on the beach. Only a 5 minute walk to town.

Check in was a bit convoluted with keys needing to be picked up and dropped off from the next town over (5-10min drive). Would be easier to do a lockbox check in.

Unfortunately the unit did not appeared to be properly cleaned upon arrival. Spare toilet seat was broken which became a hazard when sitting. Electrical power points in ensuite & lounge room were reseeding into the wall when trying to plug in device’s.

Our stay here was exactly what our family wanted - a relaxing seaside break in an amazing location.

Location & View was AMAZING. Watched whales from the balcony every day. The little grass area was a nice bonus too.

The keys in a safe box at the location wouldve been better after a long trip to get there. But all in all not a huge drama.

Beautiful apartment

Apartment was gorgeous and one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen. Was a very comfortable apartment. Would have given a higher rating if not for the key access.

Having to go to Kingscliff to pick up and drop off keys.

Absolutely awesome

Location excellent across road from Norries Headland, could see ocean from balcony. Apartment also had grassed area and outside shower. Nice modern roomy apartment.

Ground maintenance and common areas needed attention. Large mat in lounge room needs a professional clean

The location to the beach is good but it is a busy road.

The check in was terrible, we left home at 4:30am with two young children and got a phone call when we’re half way there saying the property had flood damage and they needed to send in a second lot of cleaners and check in wouldn’t be till 4pm instead of 2pm. That was obvious a lie as when we arrived at the property at 3:45pm the cleaners were only just arriving and they hadn’t been there that day. We didn’t end up checking in until 4:30. After they did a quick clean. There was still fries on the floor in the bunk room. There was also a mix up with the keys and no keys were at the property management desk when we arrived after they had just told us on the phone to come straight to the office. Useless property management team as no one had stated on the property for three days prior. Also the lawn maintenance guy came day 4 or our 7 day stay and whipper snipped the lawn leaving the grass clippings all over the lawn. See photos.
