Krásný výhled z balkonu na jezero. Moc jsme si ho sice neužili, než začalo pršet, ale ta hodina a půl byla parádní.. :)

This hotel is just fantastic. Nothing too flash or fancy but it makes you feel like you are really in Italy. The food is Proper home cooked Italian cuisine. Its fab from the quality of the ingredients to the heart that is put into every dish.
The View though is just other worldly. This view should cost soooo much more. It just takes your breath away the entire time you are lucky enough to witness it. From Bellagio to the unbelievable sun setting on the hills around.
If you want to experience Italy in a hotel run by a lovely Italian family then this is the place. I Loved tasting the Italian wines and and Gianfranco imparted such knowledge and really opened my eyes to Italian wine. Some great local wines too!
Fabulous place.
(This was our second stay We last visited 7 years ago and it still has the same lovely feel.)
No real reflection on the hotel but Taxis up and down the hill are hard to come buy. Walkable but not really with kids.
Would advise a hire car.

We stayed in a lovely corner room with views both over lake Como and towards the pool/mountains and balconies in both directions. The hotel has an underground garage which is great during the hot summer months. The pool is smallish but still a great addition as the hotel is situated a bit up the mountainside. The lounge chairs at the pool have a great view across the lake. We had dinner at the hotel and they offer both a buffet plus à la carte. We chose one of each and both very happy with the quality of food. Dinner is served on the back garden terrace with amazing views across the lake. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast had plenty of choice. We only stayed one night but would happily stayed longer if weren't on a fixed itinerary.

This is a lovely family run hotel in a great location. A tennis court and an option to shoot hoops makes it great for kids and the lovley terrace where you can drink an appritivo makes it great for the parents :)
The rooms are old fashioned and some are very small

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rusall. The service was very personable and we were really made to feel at home throughout the whole stay. Great location, too - within walking distance of the lake (though the uphill walk is a bit of a challenge if you had too much pasta :D), but far away enough from the bustle of the main road. The vibe was very calm and relaxing, the pool and tennis court were great, the food was delicious and the view was just stunning. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

It was the perfect getaway! We truly enjoyed everything there. The rooms were super clean and nice, the view from the balcony was something. The owners and the stuff are super great, kind and do everything to make their guests feel welcomed. The breakfest and dinner were delicious.

Incredible view of Lake Como. Wonderful hospitality by the owner Franco and his wife and staff. Great breakfast plus dinner and lunch, at low price but better good than down the hill at more expensive restaurants. Great pool and tennis too! Incredibly quiet, but 5 minute drive to the lakefront boulevard.

Location was not easy to access by foot as it was on top of a hill, but the location was worth it. They were very kind and took good care of our group with 2 babies. Breakfast was excellent and one of the best we had during our trip.

Incredible surroundings. Very personal, kind, reception. The owners go out of their way to help you. It seems that they have very many returning guests. The breakfast is excellent.
Everything in the hotel reminds of the 1970s. Dated. To take a shower, you need to climb into the bath tub. The TV has a satellite dish decoder with a few Italian channels and apart from that obscure channels like Azerbaijan, Tunisia, CNN, China CGTN, etc. :-)

Great views from breakfast
Old place- very run down and very simple room. There was a huge 40 legged creature on the wall and I believe we managed to get bed bugs so I’m very upset about the stay!

Stunning views high up on the mountain, pool, parking garage
Small rooms, already a bit too old and would. Red to be renovated soon; staff during breakfast and dinner extremely slow and often a bit overwhelmed with the situation; Weak Corona concept on breakfast buffet - it was partly served on request and partly open to everyone to touch everything

The owners family hotel feeling and care from first minute was fantastic. Stayed one night but wish we could stay more. Wonderful view over lake como, both from breakfast terrace and pool area!

The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. We brought our husky with us and he was taken out and walked when we had long days out. We also celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday while we were there and she was presented with a little toy Vespa on the morning of her birthday. We ended up having dinner there every single night because the food was amazing, the views were stunning, and the wine list had some amazing selections. We used the pool twice, were so grateful for the parking, and would go back in a heartbeat!
