Dissatisfied

Apartment was nice, but it looked like it was in the middle of a remodel.

There was an infestation of roaches. When we spoke to proper management about it, they sent someone out to spray. Which did not help any. There was a hole cut in the closet, closet about 2 feet by one foot. There was water leaking from the ceiling fan in the living room, sheet rock was peeling off the ceiling. Room was also advertised as having a king and queen were full size.

Will not be staying at this property again. But was able to enjoy family time.

Like the pier was able to fish all we wanted.

There was so much wrong with the property. A/C didn’t cool the top two floors. 3rd floor bathroom shower didn’t drain very well, 1st floor bathroom leaked water. Light/ceiling fan didn’t work on the 3rd floor. Wash was full of sand and dryer did not work.

The property was in a great location and the property itself was excellent.

The preparation for guest was lacking. For two 1/2 baths we only had 1 roll of Toilet paper available upon our arrival. The washer & dryer did not work. We had to spend time messaging about getting some basic amenities that should have been already present.

It was a great trip - would definitely stay again!

Well put together, super cute, very clean

Very extreme bad..no breakfast available, rude people on the customer service call center and different insects kitchen and bathroom..I have to disinfect and spray areas ..that I have to leave the place to let the chemical kill the insects..

rat in kitchen

the unit is beautifully decorated and located close by o the beach and restaurants.

when we arrived we noticed that there was major construction In unit directly above our unit. As a result it was constant hammering and sawing from 8am-5:30. we pretty much avoided the unit during these hours. Spoke with Brianna (VACASA) and I was informed that the construction had been going on for the past few weeks but hadn’t been a problem for past tenants. Hogwash! We would have never rented this unit if we would have been told prior to booking. On our last night, we were watching TV when we saw a small rat run across the floor and disappear into the kitchen. Not sure if it’s due to the construction, but still a rat inside the unit. We decided to pack up and head home.

Great location and great price. Quality and value

Great location right on the water. We brought our kayaks down and was able to launch right from the condo. Wonderful place to stay with kids. Very clean. No issues with any neighbors or people.
