Do Not Stay Here

Bed was comfortable, good shower pressure

Company changes door codes every Friday, not at check in/ check out. This caused 2 problems. When I got back to the apartment Friday night I still hadn't been sent the new code so had to call for it. Secondly, the next morning I was due to check out at 11am. At 7am a complete stranger put the code in the door and entered the apartment telling me she got an early check in. Imagine my surprise! And horror as a solo female traveler. She quickly retreated when I told her I was there until 11am and I called the management company. All apologies of course. After many texts back and forth and me requesting a comp'd night for the total lack of security their response was to offer 2 free nights for a future visit. I absolutely would NEVER stay there again for obvious reasons. I am absolutely dumbfounded by their lack of understanding the gross negligence in handing out codes to more than one guest at a time. It's not OK on any level. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I was calling to get my new code on the Friday night a family was trying to check in into their apartment next to me and also didn't have their updated codes, so a flawed system to say the least. If you do book bring your own drapes because the useless verticals blinds don't close properly and the apartment backs onto a car pack so, yes you guessed it, full beam lights in my face at 2am. Delightful. Save yourselves and book elsewhere

Great stay with great hosts!

Simply a door code to enter into keypad... very easy check in process

Needs to be instructions regarding hot water in the shower. Wished it got hotter.

Extremely satisfied with my stay and look forward to booking again in the future.

The property was very clean and we loved the decor. We especially loved how comfortable the furniture was and the view.

Very good

Location is perfect. House is useful. There is 1 bathroom.

I stayed 23 days. I talked someone in whatsapp. She was very helpful but not problem solver. We had bad wifi. Last days never worked. Pool was beautiful but not clean. I said but they didn’t clean it. There are a lot of Iguanas. It was very terrible.

Best Location. Everything you need. Fair price.

We stayed for 17 nights at the Designer River View Apartments with the whole family of four. We had an appartment with a good view of the river with boats passing by every view minutes. After our daytrips we jumped into the clean pool. The communication with our hosts was uncomplicated and always pleasant.

The kitchen could have been equipted a bit more generously. The mattress of the double bed was quite worn out.

The apartment was spacious clean and the view over looking the water was amazing. I CLEAN big pool water was amazing. The staff was friendly and nice !!!

I will never stay here again/recommend it because the hosts don’t care that life happens- 0 empathy!

The room was clean and pleasant.

The hosts are awful, unreasonable people who do not have one ounce of empathy. Do not think that they will assist in anyway to help you or that they will care about you being admitted into the hospital for an emergency life saving surgery, and you advise them that a family member will be staying at the apartment instead of you (that you already paid for.) I wasn’t even trying to cancel. The way they treated me was absolutely disgusting.

BEWARE!!! THIS PLACE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU!!

Comfortable beds & good location

The place was not fully cleaned when we arrived. We found empty coffee creamer cups under the fridge, dirty pans in the oven, and bugs by the windowsill. We didn’t think too much of it because we were excited to be in Florida. Other issues we came across was the AC only went into the one bedroom and living room (not master room) and there were no extra blankets. We went to the office multiple times and it appears like nobody works there! Finally, check out instructions stated to grab belongings & lock the doors and they would take care of the rest. We left the apartment in great condition- towels in piles, washed the dishes, and collected all the trash and set it by the trash can. Then I get an email that we would not be getting our security deposit back because of the condition it was left in & attached pictures of a different unit that was trashed! Fortunately, I had a video to prove our unit was set up differently but they counteracted that by sending us pictures of yet ANOTHER unit (trash cans spilt all over the floor and filthy towels in the shower). Again, NOT ours! I think they’re trying to take advantage of young college kids. I do not recommend giving them your money, they will try and rob you of more!!! BE AWARE! If you do stay, take pictures & prepare to hire a lawyer!!!

Great value stay in fort lauderdale

Location was great - 15 minute walk to las olas blvd. It was really nice to be right on the river! The hosts were very responsive to any questions and provided dining recommendations in the area

Great Riverview and roomy units. Comfortable place to stay!

We had a 2 bedroom Riverview unit! It had windows everywhere, with wonderful view of the river. Bed was very comfortable for me. Nice size TV in living room and master bedroom. Very roomy unit with nice furnishings.
