Exceptional

Object is located on the beautiful location near the sea(sea is right in front of the house 😃). The cove is very beautiful and peaceful, have enjoyed walking around it. Sea is crystal clear, can see right through it. There is not much people so you can relax and enjoy. The grocery shop is in near by town Sevid. There is a also kajak that you can use for free, so you can walk, drive or even kayak to the shop. In the middle of the garden there is kitchen and a grill with big wooden table in middle where we spend most of our time. Alltogether the vacation was peaceful and relaxing. Coming back soon. Nice view but very aggressive owner, dated property, horrible roads and parking

Despite having a massive potential, this will be one of worst experiences of 13 years of booking with booking.com. Very rude and uncooperative owner. This person is the worst I ever met. We had a leaky shower and despite sending him pictures and text, he didn't fix it. We had a problem with electricity, and he said he's 300 kms away and not sure if he can send someone. Thankfully we managed to fix the issue. When asked face to face, why he didn't bother to fix the shower, his reply was that this is not a problem and only people from small culture ( not sure what that means, but being brown and British, that could be a lot of thing.) complains about this. Just when I was thinking maybe things are getting lost in translation, this 'gentleman' points his finger to me, and shouted shut up and get out of my property. That is essentially where all the communication ended. Dated and tired looking: Once a nice house now showing some signs of neglect.With plumbing and electricity, while we were there, a shelf in kitchen with full of crockeries came crushing down, and other fixture and fittings does not scream this century. Location: This is very secluded, with nothing within miles. Also the last 3 Kms or so are narrow gravel roads, some steep downhills/uphills, tight turns, no passing place. We drove on wing and prayer. Cash is king: This guy only takes cash. We have arrived here late evening, with hungry kids and infant, and discovered this. Totally our fault, it's in the booking.com site in small print, we just didn't thought to check, as it never happened to us in Europe where property owner needed paying cash and provides handwritten receipt. We requested to pay next day but no avail, owner's son drove us to an ATM which was 12 kms round trip to get paid at that hour. All in all, cash businesses can be bit dodgy, and this guy looks like one. Language: If you only speak English, you will have trouble making yourself understood.
