Dirty mosquitoes and flees specially in resturant. Its the management. Its really shameful for accure group & mercure hotels. I alwyas stay in ur brands dubai mercure bahrain novotil & riyadh novotil.

Very well located, but not great

The air conditioning in the room was great, so no worries during the summer. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but the food was good. The coffee was Nespresso. The shower is quite spacious

The hotel is very well located, that's the only good thing about it. The rooms are very small. You can't open your luggage anywhere except on the bed. The toilets are very stupid, you must always brush the toilet walls after you pooped and the door was not closing and it also vibrates because of the vacuum effect that the ventilator inside the bathroom creates. The staff doesn't even bother to greet you in the morning and the cleaning lady didn't empty our bin for 2 days. We had also a fire alarm and we went downstairs in the lobby. The lady at the reception told us that it happens very often and probably someone smoked in the room and we should ignore it. WHAT? To ignore a fire alarm? How should we feel safe after that? Normally she should know exactly which fire sensor went on and were the smoke is. Sound insolation between rooms is very poor and you can hear and feel the vibrations from the subway train underneath, although we had the room at the 5th floor. Very annoying.

Great location at reasonable rates

Superb location with local bars and brasseries and very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

You can hear the metro very early in the morning, which is underneath the hotel, and we were on the 3rd floor!

Location is good Staff is awesome sepcially Gabriela she helped us lot in checking process and for booked taxi for us. Lota of food option available outside the hotel metro station is very near to the hotel.

weekend trip, perfect weather, perfect city, perfect hotel. nothing to complain about

all what you need. everything was clean, people friendly. We come back in 2024

if breakfast is not included, you pay much each person. 18€ for a breakfast for one person is not ok.

The location.

Ive got several rashes after staying at the hotel. Bedbug bites. I wrote the hotel to ask what could they do about it and they said “we can’t held the responsibility”. It has a nice location, but you can get better places for the price you pay there (:

Christmas in Paris was simply magical ✨

The location is amazing! easy access for CDG airport and metro. Just steps away from the Champs Élysée! Very close to many restaurants and different cuisines and price points. The staff was lovely! I would stay here again in Paris.

The elevators were having some issues, however that is very typical of European hotels. I recommend having some patience or taking the stairs.

Totally worth it ! We will definitely come back !

We were travelling with children (7yo and 1 yo) and we did get two nice adjoining double rooms- which isn't so obvious in Paris- it was really difficult to find such option in other hotels. We booked early arrival which was great option. Hotel location is amazing - very close to Arc de Triomphe and Champ Elysses. Numerous subway station within easy reach. Rooms very clean, nice tidy bathrooms. Rooms are very small - but this is totally expectable and acceptable in Paris.

We are using really often Accor hotel chain, and we expected a bit better breakfast. There was no great variety in selection of the products - however quality was good, unfortunately bread/baking was really poor.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

great location

Staff was utterly incompetent. I had to explain several times my answers to their questions (my mother tongue is French). And it was simple questions like whether I prepaid my stay, when I booked my stay (what kind of question is that btw). Furthermore, I left the « do not disturb » sign on. Réception called me not once but TWICE to make sure I did not want to be disturbed. And all of which before 1 pm. Also be mindful that the hotel is right on top of the metro line so you will hear the vibrations of the metro train.

Great hotel for the value u pay.. SUPER CLEAN .. PRIME LOCATION

Had 2 adjoining rooms for the Family Positives : 1-Great location (close to champs Elysees) .2 minutes only from arc de triomphe. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes 2-Good price 3-Very Very clean 4-Friendly/helpful staff

Negatives: 1-small rooms (probably it's normal in Paris) 2-did not like the quality of the hand soap and hair shampoo 3-Breakfast was below my expectations .. so an advice, dont include breakfast in your package and just use that money to have breakfast outside
