Great location, close to main street.
Owners very helpful and allowed a later checkout time.
House well equipped and had all that you needed
Maybe provide a non slip mat or non slip surface in bathtub as very slippery when showering
A curtain or blind on the kitchen window would be good just for privacy as neighbours can look into kitchen and meals area

Good driveway to park a large boat in.

The cottage was very comfortable, warm and cosy. Great location as walking distance to foreshore and shops. We had a very comfortable stay and felt at home. Laundry was great too!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The split system heater was great as the weather turned cold. Lots of little extras in the kitchen like glad wrap & foil etc.
The shower over the bath was a little hard to negotiate for this oldie with a bad back.

Hurdit is charming and unpretentious. I loved the furnishings and artwork that look like they have been carefully selected over time from second hand and collectibles shops. The cottage has been provisioned very thoughtfully - we had everything we needed at our fingertips.

The house was well equipped, nicely decorated comfortable with good heating
The garden and lawns were very overgrown and off putting.
All the doors squeaked which meant you couldn't be quiet if someone was trying to sleep. My husband had to give the hinges a squirt with veg oil spray from the kitchen to improve it for the second night.

Value for money! The property is very clean and tidy, kitchen was fully equipped. Only walking distance to shops and supermarkets, city center, as well as attractions. Situated only 2 blocks from the V Line bus stop.
Elizabeth was very helpful, tried her best to accommodate our needs, even getting a new hair dryer!
Door locks were broken. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The hot air triggered the fire alarm few times after we had showers. But we managed these minor hiccups without problem.

Very large house, very nice tables to sit outside on the veranda, also possible to have a bbq, and inside the house all well decorated and comfortable. Would defs recommend.

It was well equipped, so much character, warm and cozy.
It was a little hard to find when arriving after dark from interstate, as no house number at street front.

This place has EVERYTHING you need - we were there for a wedding and i needed a piece of sticky tape for the present - i went looking for one on the off chance - and YEP!!!! Sticky Tape!!!!!! I honestly did not think it would be there but it was!
Literally bring your clothes, Toiletries and your food. That is ALL you'll need!
Being from Queensland our aged parents were cold - the heating in every room took care of that! House was lovely and warm.
Loved that there was a full laundry too - washing and drying machines as well as washing lines.
Nothing - it was great

Overall, the house was clean and everything worked.
Lots of towels.
A nice surprise was the coffee machine and pods
WiFi
Queen bed sinks in the middle. May need new base and/or mattress.
I think someone smoked in there previously. It smelt stale inside.
We attempted to use to sofa bed but the sheet had an odour too.
My wife broke her glasses on the tree next to walkway coming out of laundry. Branches should have been cut back as it's a danger for tall people.
